Looked for a while at a particular exhaust for my truck. Came across Hottexhaust on another forum and decided to give them a shot. There was a 20% Black Friday coupon and that was huge. I immediately placed an order. Communication wasn't great and the order shipped directly from Magnaflow about a week later. I received the system today, unpacked it and saw that one of the ends is bent up pretty well. Not much protection inside the large box, which is surprising, given the cost of the system. Kinda bummed about the piping but I can work with that. I'm not sure I'd order from them again to be honest.
SO, I called in for some information based on a referral from another shop, and the person who answered to phone had absolutely NO PATIENCE! It was clear that if you were not asking him questions that he wanted to answer short and fast, he had not time for your call and even said out loud that he was hearing the questions and insinuated that it was the caller that had a issue and perhaps needed to speak to another person, which I politely agreed, then he slapped us on hold and left us there. BAD BUSINESS! I am in customer service and if I treated people from all walks who called in, then I would not even have a job to write a review. All we can do is pray for angry people today and bless them!

Avoid this business. I had to cancel my order through my credit card company. I received an email stating my catalytic converter had been shipped on 9/02/22 but the tracking number indicates that only a label had been created. When I called and finally got thru to a rep, I was told that it was drop shipped as a large load from Magnaflow and a tracking number would not be available. Also KNOW that a signature is required for delivery so if you can't take off from work, you won't be getting your delivery. No tracking... how will you know when to be home to receive delivery and to sign? BOGUS BUSINESS.
The part was received in just a few days. Will install it this week.

I ordered 2 catalytic converters on 7/19/2022. There was no indication that there was no stock available at the time of ordering. It has now been over 3 weeks without any update from this company. Any attempt to contact them by phone goes to a terminal hold and never gets answered. Any email attempts do not get responded to. This is definitely a "SCAM" company you want to avoid.

Complicated 1st log in under your order section do refund request you get one email for that after they process it you will get a second email for the return instructions. Must be sent by some courier no Canada post. They also keep a percentage of what you payed for restock fee. Small company you must be patient it took 2 weeks a little to long.
You can call they do get back to you sometimes not right away.

Sent me defective unit, bailed when pushed to correct their mistake. 'We'll just send you a return label because we're not going to be able to ship the right one'. Idiots. Both of these dipsticks have the personality of cardboard cut outs. Maybe their a little irritated because they can't run the business they own? Stay away-buy from reputable parts supplier because these clowns will let you down over and over. Google the address-it's some little hillbilly strip mall in Canada. THERE IS NO REASON WHY THEIR LINK SHOULD END UP AT THE TOP OF ANY SEARCH ENGINE ON THE WEB. They're just not any good.

Answer: I needed California CARB catalytic converterās for my 2002 Toyota 4 runner. Wouldn't pass smog. I called and spoke with John to see if they had my catalytic converterās. I needed to front and rear unfortunately. John from Hottexhaust said that he had them in stock along with the muffler I needed. They. Shipped out to me in five days from Magnaflow. If I were you, I'd call 1st to see them if they have exactly the parts you need.
