Technician was prompt to answer the claim call. Was able to complete the repairs in one day. Was clean, personable and we were very happy with his work and completion in one day. Claim was paid in a relative amount of time. I would recommend Armis to everyone.
Our bathroom faucet slowly lost water pressure and finally just drips of water would come out of it. We called Home Safe and they assigned a Plumber to our claim. He came the next day and assessed the problem. The following day the faucet was replaced! Great service!

WHERE is my check to replace my dishwasher that could not be replaced no parts available still waiting on my check to replace a dishwasher that parts were no longer available to repair unit. Its been way to long! Tired of the runaround! Refund check 550.98

After speaking with claims management concerning the repairs needed for my oven, I was pleased how she listened and understood the ordeal and quickly assured me that I would have what I needed for the repairs.

I called to find out why only a monthly payment was processed instead of a 6-month payment in February. I found out that I had to call in to make the payment. I called I believed on 3-10-25 to make the 6-month payment.

A miserable experience they are great at collecting the monthly fees but find ways to not pay claims.

It appears there is another claim currently open and we are requesting specific documentation from the Service Provider to move forward in the claims process.
