When I call for claim it is dire need. I live in a very rural area. W do not always have access to the repairs we need. I spent 3 weeks w/o access to plumbing can't run water because my toilet was frozen at the toilet trap. Seems everyone was having the same problem. My plumber could not get to me any sooner. Also most service providers don't want to wait for payment so I do not have a problem paying direct to them. I do expect full reimbursement for the work they do for me we are in dire need of service providers that are not out to rip anyone off by over charging and have no time to waste waiting on your company to give the go ahead nor do I as customer have time to wait on your adjuster to approve repairs they know fully what can be covered under home warranty.

Was told what could be wrong, after being without heat for a couple of days, friend came by and took a look and I have heat now. Was told I would have to pay up front to find problem before warranty would decide if it was in contract to pay for fixing it.

To file a claim, you would be responsible for paying the diagnostic fee to the Service Provider, anything over your deductible would be reimbursed after an approved claim. We do require a diagnostic and estimate before the work is performed by the Service Provider. We pay the Service Providers directly after the claim has been authorized and the work has been completed. I do have Dates and time if needed and plese don't get me wrong the HomeSafe representatives were great.
We were delayed in the assignment of an adjustor, since ARMIS could not communicate what was missing from the claim. Each time we called the ARMIS agent said that they had everything they needed. Either the notes were not complete, or the agents are not reading through the notes carefully...you'll have to perform a CASE study on the processes of the customer facing agents and how the claim reviewers enter the notes into the claims.
I recommend that HomeSafe would incorporate a claim notes section that is triggered when the claim needs attention by the customer.

I went through the steps online and verbally with one of your representatives and I still haven't had anybody to come out here to look at my ice maker My refrigerator they just told me they were going to get the part and then they come out we haven't heard anything. And now I'm having problem with my stove and we're going to have to go through the same hassles with that. Let me know

I can't say my experience you guys were awesome the people that are supposed to be fixing my oven I haven't heard a word one they would get back with me in 2 weeks it's been longer than 2 weeks I have no idea what's going on

My installed microwave stopped working several weeks ago. I filed a claim. Had it approved. Approved via phone the model they wanted to install. I then heard nothing for 2 more weeks. I called to check status and found out my claim had not been acted on. Had to approve another microwave model (apparently the model I had previously approved was no longer available). Had to have my color choice of white approved. I also asked for a confirmation of date of delivery. The last communication I had was last week.
I'm tired of waiting. I will be contacting them again just to make sure I don't slip through another crack.
I am not very impressed.

A miserable experience they are great at collecting the monthly fees but find ways to not pay claims.

It appears there is another claim currently open and we are requesting specific documentation from the Service Provider to move forward in the claims process. Our water heater went out… called Home Safe immediately. They made every attempt to find a plumber to take care of it. It took a day or so to find someone to come out but eventually we got our water heater replaced. Now… to bathe. They were quick to reimburse payment!🥳

I called because when i was reviewing my policy, the water conditioner wasn't checked off. Brilla made the correction & quoted me a higher premium but i told her the circumstances of my changed premium recently & to please leave it that way. She said she'd ask her supervisor & call me back which she did after only a short time. She said that she got an okay to

I have highly pleased with Home Safe Home Warranty. They work with me in getting the needed servicer. If they do not have a local servicer for my problem they will let me select my own. Either way I have been highly satisfied and have had no recalls due to a fix failing. Give them a go and you can be satisfied as well!

Joined 1/22/25 and from 1/23 received 2 to 3 call a DAY. One said they were calling because of a late payment. I said impossiable. I signed up and paid. I set it up for auto pay! Said a supervise would call within 24 to 48 hours. Still waiting!

No issues, no problems. I called my contractor to diagnose the problem. Once it was assessed, I called HomeSafe with the diagnosis. It was approved. The contractor did their thing and it was done!
