This guy seems pushy.

My experience with this guy was kinda pushy at first but as he continued I started agreeing with him finally I let my defense down and we went to another level turned out he had already talked me into it. Very confident convincing young man details of coverages were all good. I was just trying to get a good quote. I got it and more. Thanks

They were friendly and knowledgeable.

When I called the first person was very friendly I explained the situation and he then transferred me and the other agent was just as nice, (which for me is very important w consumer service)she look up my information called the repair person. He called back within and hour came out that day new the issue right away ordered part and by the end of week my refrigerator was fixed. He was very nice so the whole experience was excellent did tell my friends about Home safe.

Became a ghost when things got hot. Also customer service needs retraining. To upset to continue. Looking another home warranty company that sticks with customer to the end and not worried about company monies.

Contract doesn't reveal all info

Doorbell broken: my deductible is $65 but had to pay $100 but should be reimbursed. Claim stated completed by Home Safe but it wasn't fixed yet. Contractor they chose is out of Maryland, I'm in Ohio, so it's been 12 days and my replacement to fix the issue is unresolved and I have no timeframe of when a simple Doorbell fix will be done. Contractor asked me if there were storms in my area, says he works 11 states and he's back in Maryland, 337 miles away. Ridiculous

Kathleen, we apologize for any confusion regarding your claim. After further review, it seems that the reimbursement for your deductible has been processed. We do not have control over the service provider's procedures. If the service provider has been paid for the repair, it is their responsibility to handle any updates on the repair. Delighted but confused

The lady who called me was pleasant, friendly and nice. She took care of my billing issue quickly and efficiently. But a week later I received a letter (dated two days AFTER I gave her my new info) stating that my coverage would expire if I didn't update my account!

My experience was stressful with the time it took to complete, but I understood the reasons given.
However, everyone that I spoke with in Customer Service was very patient and willing to help me with my concerns. Also, the Service Repair Technician was pleasant, calm and knowledgeable. He did a very good job.
