I ordered 2 Goddess Bras from them when I recieved them I tried them on I noticed one had a small hole in it. You can clearly see it was a defect ( not stitched from the factory). I called Herroom was told to return it for an even exchange. However I was notified from Herroom that the bra was worn and I told them when i called I tried them on like most people do! I asked for a manager who was not helpful basically called me a liar saying I wore it! I told her I tried it on for size! BAD COMPANY AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Had to keep my defected bra I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERROOM AGAIN! THIS COMPANY SUCKS! If anyone ordered through Amazon notify amazon as they will make HERROOM exchange or give u ur money back! OTHER THAN THAT STAY AWAY FROM HERROM THEY R A HORRIBLE COMPANY!
I wrote a review of herroom after they refused to take back a bra with a defect (t-shirt bra with permanent crease), but the review disappeared from yelp, and of course never showed up on herroom bra reviews. This, after buying and keeping merchandise from them in the past. There are too many other decent lingerie companies on the web to hand money to a corrupt one...
I would recommend another website to order from and NOT do business with HERROOM. I rarely write reviews but I recently had a bad experience with this company and really wanted share. At first I thought this was a great website for shopping for undergarments. They have a lot of sizes and styles and helpful information. I have ordered multiple times and considered myself a loyal customer, always returning to their site when in need of bras etc. However their customer service is rude to the point that I no longer wish to order from this site. I have a very unique size and would order multiple items in order to try different styles on. I always found something I loved and returned the rest. I was recently reprimanded for making returns and was basically told that I am now "banned" from the site. When I contacted customer service to explain my situation, told them that I was a loyal customer, and wished to continue coming to their site, everyone I came in contact with was rude and completely not understanding. I do not understand why they even have a return policy at all if they are going to punish their customers for simply following the guidelines. It's completely foreign to me why a business would operate this way and give their customers so much trouble. I am a business owner myself and would never conduct business in this way.
If only you could rate with less than one star! This company is an example of why it can be dicey to order online. Their products are not what they advertise, and their customer service is a joke. They respond to each question or complaint with the same stock emails, they don't honor their own return policy, and they are notoriously slow in filling your order in the first place. Terrible experience. I won't shop here again.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I have advised all my friends to stay far away from this site. I have a lingerie blog and I regularly mention not to shop at Herroom. The selection is great, but they denied me a refund of $500+. Not because I wore the items or for any legitimate reason- instead, when I didn't get my refund they just told me to take it up with Paypal. This was over a year ago, and I still haven't heard from them. I contacted them again today and I don't expect to hear back. Stay far away.
This site has a nice selection of shapewear. I really like the items I ordered. I see that other people had difficulty returning or exchanging items on this site. Luckily, I liked the items I received, so I did not have this problem. I didn’t order any bras or underwear, but they seem to have a decent selection.

No, thank you. I ordered one bra, which was literally 4 or more inches too big around and the cup size was no where near what I was expecting from the description. So I sent it back, thinking that I could get a refund. I had to pay the return shipping, of course. But, according to Her Room, my garment was returned in "other than new condition". Yes, I know. I tried it on. And it traveled to and from me. No other explanation was given, though the company stated "If we don't hear from you, your item will be donated, on your behalf, to The Salvation Army". I would prefer to pay the shipping and donate it myself, thankyouverymuch. That way I know HerRoom isnt just getting a free $61 from me! I tried calling to inquire about the condition of the bra. The customer service rep said that she would call me back the next day. 5 dyas later I called again and was simply told again that it was not in new condition. Not a good experience and I will not be shopping here again. Neither should you.

This company will not insure your package. They charge you $2 for insurance for their package, which is not only unethical but TERRIBLE customer service and the worst customer service I've ever experienced from an Online company.

I purchased a very expensive bra, in less than 2 months the underwire poked out. They referred me to manufacturer, manufacturer said it needs to go to vendor and vendor can get credited. Herroom could not be bothered.

Ordered a bra that turned out to be too small, sent it back and received an email that it was not in return condition, when I called the woman said the note said it had a pin mark in front. I did not damage it in any way, never wore it. The thing is I missed seeing the email as I was traveling, when I called a couple of weeks later I learned they had donated the bra. One of my worst experiences from ordering online. I placed an order on a Wednesday evening with 2nd day air shipping (extra $15). The order didn't ship until Friday.
On top of that, I had ordered a size small for my Wife, when I checked the confirmation the following day I noted that they had my order as a Large! I immediately contacted customer support. Below is the response, which offered nothing other than platitudes.

In following emails, there was no mention of how to return the wrong size item. The only platitude offered was doing overnight shipping on the correct size item.
I have sent numerous emails to the president of the company, responding to automated response emails regarding my order wanting to know how it went.
Because of the poor customer service I want to tell everyone I can about the horrible experience, especially dealing with their customer support.

I ordered a bra from herroom.com. When I received the bra I tried it on. It was too large so I immediately repackaged the item and returned it just as the instructions stated. I get an email a week later saying they could not refund my money because the bra had been returned in other than new condition. They say the item was washed, laundered, showed signs of wear, or had an odor or stain. This is impossible because I tried it on right after a shower and I an one of the lucky ones who do not have to wear deoderant. I think this is just a reason to deny refunds. I will never order from this site again.
Ordered two bras from this website and tried both on. Both were too large and i returned them the very next day in the same package and same box. Horrible horrible horrible! I ordered 2 bras. I tried on one for about 2 minutes. I returned them both for a larger size. Two weeks later they said they haven't received them. Two weeks after that I got an e-mail saying the items were either damaged or showed signs of wear and tear or laundering.?!?!?!?! I told them that I only tried on 1 bra and left the other one in the package. I was told that I couldn't get a replacement but that the bras would be donated to charity. I pitched a fit. Today (almost 2 months later) I received the original too small bras. I imagine I'll sell them on eBay.
Today is June 16th 2011- I started with a 2 item order at HerRoom back in the beginning of March. I ordered a nude color bra and another black t shirt bra. The t shirt bra was on back order and took 2 months to arrive. The nude color was too dark, so I mailed it back to exchange for color. The other bra I returned because it did not fit and I requested an exchange for a different style bra. I was given a label to return the items, not noticing that I WAS RESPONSIBLE for paying for the return shipping. When I called to ask if there was a certain postal carrier to take it to I was basically yelled at that I didn't read and the postage was my responsibility and I could take it wherever I wished to return it. The exchanged bra took forever - well over 3 weeks to arrive.
I mailed my exchange request on 5/12 and did not receive a confirmation email of my return until 6/1; the email said that my request would be processed within 2 business days. On 6/9 I emailed to ask the status of my exchange and received a reply the next day that the exchanged item cost more than the original item purchased and they needed permission to charge the difference to my credit card. I replied asking why no one bothered to call me to let me know and never received an email back. I called today and told them to just refund my card. Can you imagine 3 months with this company over 2 bras? The call center help is less than friendly. The only nice thing about ordering from this company, in my experience, is that the bras are wrapped nicely in tissue paper with a company logo sticker... that's it. Hardly enough for me to ever want to deal with this company again.

Answer: Hello Sally - if you just want a smaller band size while keeping your same cup volume, move from a 36H(D5) to a 34I(D6). The problem, however, is that this bra does not have a larger cup size in this style. I therefore would not suggest this bra for you.
