If I could, I would give it a zero star. Horrible customer service. Change their policy to fit their own needs. Customer? Who care? NOT recommend, until you want to be abusive.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERROOM! Their stuff looks nothing like the pictures online. I got a bra from there and it was tiny. I exchanged it for something 10$ cheaper and the difference just disappeared. And when I got the damn thing I thought surely it wasn't what I ordered cause it looked nothing like the picture. And they said I'd have to pay for shipping if i wanted to send it back. And their customer service is heinous.

I ordered a bra from them, sent it back because it was too small, got an email they recieved it, they had them in stock when they got them back, it's been a month, I tried emailing four times, never got any back except saying they received them, I finally called and the lady was a very rude lady. She said they never put in an order to exchange it but they did receive it. And that it was now back ordered for a month and two days. But she had no problem putting in the order with no questions, makes me think that they have these things happen a lot, now I see all the reviews and understand. I even asked her if I needed to speak to a manager because I still didn't understand why I never received a refund or a exchange or even a call/email. She just assured me my order was in this time. I still would like to speak to a manager,

My order was missing 2 free items. I was told I would have to pay shipping to return all items then place order again. I will never order from this company again. Customer service is terrible. I will return my 186.00 order.

I bought a bra from this company and the first time I wore it; after an hour the wire had poked through the lining. I tried to contact the company to see about returning it and in their "Live Chat" the "girl" said they wouldn't accept the return or give me my $75 back because the item had been worn, although it was their product that was faulty. We were disconnected mid chat and when I went back in to try to finish my chat session; the web site said that the chat feature was unavailable. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE; THEY ARE THEIFS!

Terrible customer service. I ordered two, exactly alike in size and style. When they came, I tried one one, loved it, cut off the tags and washed them. So the first time I wore one, it was wonderful (as wonderful as a bra can be when you're as huge as I am), but the next time I wore one, I was uncomfortable. The straps were loose... I took it off and tightened them. It seemed like it was too tight... and I had the DREADED THIRD EYE... that's what I call the phenomenon where (I have underwires) the center of the bra does NOT lie flat against the breastbone, but instead sticks out like a outward pointing "V".

This happened several time... it would be comfortable and then it wouldn't. It took me a while to figure out that these two bras have to be different sizes! Yet, the labels are exactly the same... I called the company where I got them (herroom.com) and the girl said she'd call me back, she didn't. I called again, same thing... I called a third time and spoke to a really $#*!y girl who said that since I cut off the tags and had worn them, they wold not do anything about it. I really just wanted them to contact the buyer and tell them that I am havingthis weird problem where one fits and one doesn't... they just refused and said it was out of their hands once I wore the bra or cut off the tags. Won't order from these people again.

I ordered size medium on this website but still its small on me. I wear sometimes small and sometimes medium depending on the style. I ordered medium since this was a Corset and they are mostly tight. Finally, I have to buy another the dresses from uushouse.com!

Tried on the 2 bras I ordered the day I got them. Even though I've worn that style before, they were way too small so I returned them. Cost was almost $90. I reordered a different size but instead of taking back the ones that didn't fit and refilling my order, they returned the too small ones because they "didn't pass their quality inspection." The customer service rep was rude and short with me. Stay away from this business. BareNecessities is much better and way more cooperative. Have ordered from them before and will again. Stay away from HerRoom.

BUYER BEWARE! I bought two items one of which was defective. Customer service asked me to take a photo to send to them to prove that there was a defect. I did that --- twice! -- and no one responded. After multiple calls to their awful customer service reps I got an email stating that it was my responsibility to contact the manufacturer directly even though Her Room sold me the defective item! I will never order another thing from this company. If I could give them zero stars I would. They are the worst.

I ordered two bras from the same manufacturer. One fit like a glove the other I couldn't get over my shoulders. Since that one happened to be a clearance item they refused to return it even though it was almost the same and were actually quite rude. I was glad I called first before paying to ship it back. I notified the bra manufacturer and they promptly offered to replace it with a newer model with no questions for free and I don't have to ship the small one back. They have about the same prices on their own website. From now on I will be ordering directly through belabumbum. I had previously ordered from herroom multiple times but never had to return anything. I will never use herroom again.

Four little words: Stay away from HerRoom. They are awful when trying to return. I purchased 10 undergarments & for various reasons returned them all. Each one had their original tags in place, along w/original packaging, including box & tissue. Had to pay for shipping which is another [minor] reason I won't order from them again. Four weeks later I get a package in the mail and to my surprise(!) all ten items were returned to me with the lame excuse they were "not returnable." I called and asked why. They said the garments "smelled like dog," and I told them I didn't own a dog. They switched their response saying the items simply "smelled." NO WAY. I became increasingly livid with Customer Service (in particular, Kimberly, Sheila, Darla, and Yvonne) who kept telling me I could not make a return. I asked to speak with a higher-up but was stonewalled. Their customer service sucks. If HerRoom does not pay attention to Yelp, Complaint Board, and SiteJabber reviews, poor Kimberly, Sheila, Darla and Yvonne will be looking for new jobs. (They should be anyway for the horrible customer service they "provide.") I was persistent and finally got hold of Brook Waters, a manager, who was very apologetic and said he would look into my order. Said he would discuss my situation with the Board at their meeting tomorrow. We'll see. I certainly expect a return label to ship back these garments and get my card credited. I'd give them zero stars if I could.

I ordered a couple times from HerRoom.com. The items were WAAAAY too short. It was only when I tried to return them that I found out I had to pay for the return costs. I called customer service hoping for some help. The operator really didn't give a ***. Most online order companies, especially clothing offer free returns, since you can't try anything on. One customer service rep gave me a number for "management", same number you call to get ahold of a person who reads the script & could care less about customer service. "I'm sorry YOU feel that way" is a real slap in the face apology! Same as saying "I'm sorry... NOT!" Don't order from this company. If your not lucky enough to perfectly fit any of their various sized clothing items, YOU will be the one out the money.

It can not get worst than what you have read, They have horrid service and customer service always sides with the company and not the customer. They did not refund me my money becsuse they took a month to process the return. Stated I needed to pay restocking fee, or pay for shipping to get the bra sent back to me or have them donate it to charity. These were my options for their mistake. ARGHHHHH, What a terrible company. DO NOT SHOP HERE

My order was sent UPS, free shipping (there was not prompt to insure for $2)... and why should I insure what they are sending. Bottom line: UPS said they delivered; I was home all day and the package was not at my door. I called Her Room and they said I would have to wait until UPS returned info; that was over 2 weeks ago. Meanwhile I do not have the product ordered and Her Room has my $103. Plus. Since this, a back ordered bra was sent to me (same style) and I returned it because it was very uncomfortable. I spent $13 plus to return the $27 bra. UPS pkgs are automatically insured for $100. So why the run around... HER ROOM, YOU deal with UPS... actually that is what UPS told me.

TERRIBLE customer service! DON'T BUY A THING FROM THEM!

I really wish I had read the reviews out there on this company before I wasted my money ordering from them,

Poor packaging- they pack these expensive items in a cardboard box. Then, when the box is left at your door in the pouring rain and it is damaged from the bleeding colors on the tag, they won't accept a return, blaming it on the post office instead of their poor packaging.

The customer "service" people I talked to were incredibly rude, condescending and completely unsympathetic and unhelpful. I was a first-time customer and would have likely spent lots of money with them on future orders since I have a hard-to-find size if they had valued customer service at all.

I will NEVER shop there again!

Worst experience in the retail industry. Bought a bikini top for my daughter and it did not fit. I paid to ship it back. Then it came back to me again. When I called to ask why, I was told that it was a final sales item an I will not get any refund. Pretty much, I am stuck with an item that I cannot use. Gave me some bull about items ending with 99 cents are not refundable/returnable. Bought the item for $19.99. The rep said that I filled out 4 places that said it was not refundable. Don't remember these because I wouldn't have ordered if not refundable. Got impression that they really don't care about customer satisfaction. Will not be buying from this place again!

I ordered a bodysuit made by VaBien which was a bit low cut in the cup, so I returned it, called them and ordered a larger cup size. When the second one came one of the bra cups in the body suit was even smaller and I sent that back too. A few weeks later I received both back in the mail saying they were damaged and refused my refund. The body suits were not damaged, had only been tried on twice and when I called to tell them my concerns, was told to email a picture which I did. I explained it was a manufacturing error on one of the cups and should be sent back to the company. In the pictures I sent, one could see there was no damage or tears and I wanted my refund. An email said it was not returnable and a call from me to customer service confirmed this as a final decision even though it was not made correctly. What a rip off. Don't order things from them, they do not care about the products they sell or their customers.

On 5/12/14 I ordered a $70 slip and the purchase qualified for free standard shipping. I received an email the next day saying it had shipped. After 8 days went by, I checked the shippers website to track my package and it clearly stated that the package was "mis-sent" due to a problem with address or zip code. I called customer service and was told I had to wait 10 business days because I had chosen standard shipping. I called back on the 11th day and the customer service rep, very rudely, informed me there's nothing she could do because I "didn't bother to purchase the $2.00 insurance" and I had no choice but to wait an additional 4-8 business days for them to "investigate". The rep even went so far as to insinuate that I had screwed up my own address on the order, which I had a copy of and was not the case. I ended up spending an hour calling various post offices and found my package my self. The post office said that when they received it, the shipping label had fallen off. So apparently they don't know how to properly affix a label! And I did send an email to the company's owner but have received no response. I order via the internet all the time and have never had an experience this bad! Steer clear.
