My dress was suppoed to come between the 23rd of march to the 29th of march. It is now the 1st of April. Hebeos has not responded to any of my emails. I will update if this changes.
Was a little skeptical, as I was ordering something that I was not able to feel or touch. However, I have to say once it we received it the dress was absolutely beautiful. The colour was beautiful and looked great on. We ordered a size 6 true size.

After I ordered my items they arrived in very good package and very good condition… I was able to use my coupons and points which made my purchase much cheaper.
Poor quality of product andthe size does not correspond to the given dimensions. Also, very bad customer service. Try to contact them to arrange the return couple of days with No response.

Hebeos and other companies all use the same photot, just pasting different heads (look at the pictures), the copy and paste exactly the same reviews that they write themselves. I ordered wedding dress that never arrived. I was fooled and misleaded with delivery dates. I asked once about the dress built in bra, since then every few days I was getting the same reply over and over repeatitive... I was told to just 'be patient and wait' which I find very rude, customer service is SHOCKING. The dresses are made in China, you'll be lucky to receive your order at all. One week to my wedding and I am left with no dress and no money. Wish I saw these bad reviews before I wasted my money. Website now reported for scam and my solicitor will deal with lost money. I am absolutely disappointed and raging deep inside!

Was a bit sceptic after reading reviews on trust pilot, needed 3 of these dresses but only ordered one to be sure, anyway arrived within the time scale, absolutely stunning

Size was true to size other than length. Material is beautiful and high quality. Workmanship is prestine.
Ordering was simple, was kept informed at all points of the process and the parcel was delivered within expected time scale. Postage was extremely expensive. One dress was beautifully made and I am very happy with it. If that had been the end of my dealings I would be leaving an.excellent review, however the second dress had odd bra cups and when on the dress gave me odd boobs. The dress fitted beautifully in all other aspects. I contacted Hebeos within the 14 days and asked to return it for a refund in line with my statutory rights. All sorts of excuses were given for the poor dressmaking, including the suggestion that I have odd boobs! Eventually after several exchanges I was offered 10% refund to get the dress altered, then eventually they offered me 70% on account to spend on another Hebeos dress, and I will keep the dress. That offer came with a warning that not accepting it would cost me high return postage, and 15% of the dress cost to pay for cleaning, restocking and admin.
I ordered fabric swatches for colour confirmation. Arrived exactly as described, pretty close to the colours on the website. I was kept informed of the whole process. Am looking forward to ordering the dresses.
Very simple and easy to understand the measurements. The delivery was exactly when it was expected. The dress was amazing!
