If I want to return an item purchased then I need to have those services available at one go and not contact customer service. On other websites there are options there to return but on this I need to additionally contact customer service to return something.

The whole ordering process was smooth and the dress was delivered quickly within the time frame. When I opened the package, however, the dress looked nothing like the advertised photo. Highly disappointing because I was IN LOVE with the dress in the photo and it would've been THE wedding dress for me.

The dress was totally different from what I ordered on Hebeos. It feels like I was scammed. Not satisfied at all.

Expected great things, website is professional the products look elegant.
Terrible quality in actuality, poor craftmanship, faulty items, cheaply made and sold at a premium price. Item arrived inside out and with dust marks, so I expect it was a previous return.

Hebeos is the worst company I have ever come across! Their size guide is far from accurate and they don't offer free returns! Absolutely terrible customer service, avoid them at all times!

I received my dress, it is too small, it will not zip up even though I ordered a larger size than I normally would. I have been locked in an online dispute with a woman called Lucy who refuses to help me with a refund. She told me that I should find a local tailor and get it altered myself, refuses to accept any responsibility and is downright rude.
