My fiancee told me then wrong size, his pants were a customer order so we could not return. Customer service was amazing. They discounted the new order and the 2nd pair fit perfectly.

We recently purchased a custom shirt from you folks and the customer service was great. The only thing I would say is the shirts seem to run small and we ended up with an extra one/possibly two because I didn't send them back in time.
Received pants and shirt and they are good quality, then received jacket but it was too tight on back and arms so returning for larger size

Cheap and the fitting is like a Halloween costume. The pants are cheap from the zipper to hemming job on bottom of pants

UPDATE 5/5/2025: Your call was Friday April 18th after business hours. We responded next business day, Monday April 21st and left a voicemail, where we gave you our direct number to call us back. We received no response. I again called to discuss this situation on 5/5 and was directed to your voicemail. We do try and give the best possible customer service possible but we do not work evenings and weekends.
