I bought a wedding dress off there website it arrived really poor quality,trying to send it back was a nightmare,in the end had to send it back to china and cost me £25.00 and they are only giving me part of my money back and waiting for my refund 2 month later.
I ordered a dress in a UK size 6 and it was more like a size 10. When requesting a refund, they simply refused stating that there was nothing they could do. The dress was not cheap (£100 + £20 delivery) and it was costing me almost the same to adjust to my size. Customer service was not understanding in any way shape or form. My advice would be to look elsewhere.
My dress arrived but unfortunately it's to small and to long I am a size 18 and have bought from catalogues before and always fit I took photos and sent them but nothing has been done all I want is the address to send it back and get a refund if you look at the reviews I am not the only one
