I knew this dress was cheap, but I didn't realize the lace would be totally different than the photos online. It's a completely different lace pattern, which totally alters the dress. I hate it, and I'm hoping to get a refund but their process is impossible to reach anyone.

They have taken £133 out of my bank account and that's it. You never hear from them again. I must have tried at least 6 times to contact them and get nothing back. I'm sure this is deliberate as once they have your hard earned money, you don't hear anything from them.
This has caused my mental health to be a real set back as weddings can be stressful at the best of times. This issue with this Company has made things terrible both mentally and losing all my money as I don't think I have a hope in hell of getting that money back.

Not satisfied at all. I have 14 days to refund i followed your size chart and it wasn't accurate at all. I was sent a dress that fit horribly and i have to pay shipping back to china who knows how much that costs and won't refund shipping costs going and coming. It's been a horrible experience

I received my wedding dress I had MADE TO SIZE by you, and after fitting it, I was in tears and didn't sleep all night!
It is way, way too big, the body not fitted, just straight and bulky, everything is gaping, the lace is awful, and it doesn't look like the example picture on your website at all!
The neckline is much smaller, the chest is massive due to thick pads The buttons are all over, different shapes, some are dented. The lace used around the neckline and arms is horrible and nothing like the example!
The tiny sleeves in the example picture are inset sleeves and not just cut to the shoulder part, like they've done. It was nothing the dress I ordered, it doesn't even look like the dress on the picture from their website
First they said it was me who'd given the wrong measurements. But as I had the measurements taken by a professional seamstress, that wasn't the problem. Then they offered me a 15% refund and advised me to go to a local tailor to have it adjusted, which I rejected.
Following they offered me a 30% refund or a 70% discount voucher for my next purchase. Like I'm ever going to buy from them again….NO WAY!
Just realise, if you are considering ordering from HEBEOS….they don't make, what they show on their website, you won't get what you order, the customer service is appalling and in the end it will cost you more money than you would have spent buying something from a proper shop.
After providing several times the same requested documents (proof of payment and invoice, which Hebeos anyway had because Hebeos issues these documents), as well as providing several valid ways of contacting me (phone numbers and email addresses), the support services told me to contact "local customs", which is ridiculous because I don't even know which "local" customs I am supposed to contact. The issue changed assignees multiple times, who did not show any willingness to help solve the problem. Support services didn't even tell me what the problem with customs was. There is nothing special in this order, which should be straightforward to deliver.
Received my dress for my daughter's wedding, totally wrong colour which will not match her colour scheme and definitely not the colour I ordered. During the process of ordering I received a quick response from any emails I sent, but now despite several e mails requesting details of how I return dress and refund I am getting absolutely no response! So not only do I have to get another dress I am £150 out of pocket! I am now going to have to go through PayPal to try and get a resolution
