It's an absolute beautiful dress but the zip was broke and I assumed it was in transit as the packaging was damaged two it's now costing me £200 to get fixed so not a great experience but I'm so greatfull for the most beautiful and amazing dress I received and hopefully will fix for my big day

The item was better than it looked, I did have to pay £20 extra as I needed the dress in 3weeks, the delivery is slow, I got no updates, just placed the order and wait, not impressed with paying extra, the dress was over £100,

I ordered my dress for my wedding received it at the earliest date and the dress is absolutely stunning in person

Lots of beautiful bridesmaid dresses in lots of styles and colours. However we ordered 5 all in "dark green". One was a different shade to the others when they arrived and on contacting them they said it was due to the differing materials. But all the dresses were chiffon. They say they will accept returns for colour mismatch - however they charge a fee for returning, and you have to pay shipping on top of this. So a big chunk of the refund is taken by that. They did offer me to keep the dress and offered me 60% off another order. However I don't have the confidence to order another with the wedding only 5 weeks away as there will be no time to plan alterations etc if needed.
The other 4 dresses we have received are lovely and sizing is good.
I would use hebeos again for other formal dresses, but I wouldn't recommend for bridesmaid dresses when you want the colour to be an exact match.

I'm usually a UK 10, ordered a 12 to give room but it came dead right. I love the fit, no funny smell and it arrived a week ahead of time …

Really easy to use.ordering was easy too. The dress is exactly the same as the pics. My granddaughter was over the moon with her Dress.

Company refused to give me a refund within my right to 14 day return a refund due to none of the bridesmaids dresses fitting. This illegal, and the fact that they charge a restocking fee is also illegal. Do not shop with this company.

Shopping for the dress was Easy and easy to order exactly what you want

2 dresses received which were both faulty very bad quality and not made properly - been trying for 2 weeks to return these to no avail - will probably have to take them to the small claims court to try and get a refund would not recommend this company to anyone
