AYOOO I Love It

Love my witch costume, took it to another level, very simple, with my white wig, sweatpants, rock it. This is a size large, fit me perfectly. I even workout in this costume at work, wasn't easy, I had so much fun. This is my second costume, will buy again next year.

Don't buy!

Customer service is horrible. My rep Faith made me feel horrible when I just wanted a response before the actual holiday. Their communication sucks, 2 hour hold for a costume? Purposely responds late to avoid accountability. Do not pay extra for shipping because you will not get it on time.

Ordered George Washington costume for my 16 year old daughter. She was pleased with the fit. The color and quality were very good. The ad did clearly state the pants were not included, so that was not an issue. I just picked some up at a second hand store. The price for 2 day shipping was great! I felt safe and secure making the purchase online. The follow-up customer service after the purchase was helpful. Would purchase from again!

Misleading Information
November 2, 2023

I ordered a costume and paid for expedited shipping. The costume arrived after the date I paid for it. I contacted their customer service and advised them I was not happy and was requesting a refund. At this time, I still had to wait for the product to arrive before returning it. They immediately returned my expedited shipping fee and advised me that when I returned the product, I would receive a refund. Since they utilize FedExTracking, I assumed they would credit me when it was scanned in as being received.
I received the shipment three days after the date I had paid for. Since there is no FedEx Storefront in my town, I traveled over an hour to take the unopened box to a FedEx storefront. I had the FedEx people open the box, I placed the packing slip in the box, and they taped it shut and attached the return label to the box. The return was scanned on October 24,2023. As of today, 11/2/2023, I checked my account and noticed they still need to refund my money. So, I contacted customer service via online chat. While speaking with customer service, they referred me to their refund policy on the website and advised that there was nothing more they could do because of the policy.
I advised the customer service rep that my previous conversations had not mentioned a 2-week delay in receiving my refund. They responded that it takes two weeks so that they can verify that the product is in good shape. This is where I became upset because I had just told her I did not use the product. She also knew this because she had my previous communication for reference. She was unwilling to help me and only wanted to lean on their posted refund policy. My biggest issue with this entire process is based on the fact that I was apprehensive about ordering, so I reached out to customer service, who confidently advised me I would receive my costume when I needed it as long as I paid the extra money. From my research on the FedEx side, I discovered that the shipping label was not created by them until late at night, the day I ordered it. This delay in their process caused my delay in receiving it. The other issue is that after I had been in contact about returning it, I was never advised of the two-week policy. If it had been made clear or even spoken about, I would have known. Throughout this process, I have not raised my voice, used derogatory language, or demanded something more.
My issues with them have been their inconsistent information and slow processes. Now, they lean on their pillar of posted "refund policy." The poor handling of this entire ordeal shows their lack of concern for customers. I advise anyone considering ordering from them to read their website thoroughly. Truly consider if you are willing to wait on their time frame and if you are ready to accept their terms. REMEMBER: They make no concessions for problems that are a result of their negligence.

Rip off Company

I ordered a costume for my fiance. It arrived too small for him, Even though we checked measurements before purchasing. The hat was also cracked and broken because they put it in too small of a shipping box and smashed it before it even left their facility.
I tried to return it, Still bran new and obviously not worn, Only to find out there's a 18% restocking fee which is crap already.
To top it off, They didn't offer free return which obligated me to pay fedex price for shipping which was a additional $17.
The costume was already way overpriced from the beginning. Now they want to take even more money from me just to resell it again?
My family is really big into Halloween and they could have made a lot of money from us.
This company has proven who their priority is. It's not the customers, and I'll be sure to spread the word.

Awesome dog costume

I work at a Pet Store and I go out of my way to get my dog a costume that we don't carry so that she is extra special on Halloween and halloweencostumes.com had exactly what I was looking for. The quality was much better than expected also, very nice.

Costume was finally in stock. So, I placed my order on the 25th and paid for 3-day shipping. FedEx tracking said it would be delivered yesterday, the 30th. Never arrived. I assumed it would be here next business day, today, Halloween. Nothing. Website updated delivery date to Nov 1st. What's the point now? Very disappointed

I ordered a chucky costume for my dog. I paid for faster shipping to get the costume before halloween. I received the package and when I opened it, it wasn't what I ordered. It had a baby carrier cover which I DID NOT ORDER! Now I am out a costume for my dog because I received the package the day before halloween!

I had to return my costume. During this process I learned that there's an 18% restocking fee plus an additional $7.99 (return label fee) that will be deducted from my refund. I was suppose to receive my refund by the 20th. It is now the 31st of October. I called customer service & the voice message stated that I'm calling after business hours. It was 12 noon! I proceeded to select the email option instead. The site took me to a blank page that displayed the company's name, but no email address. I do not recommend anyone buy from this company! It's not trustworthy.

Men's Colonial Benjamin Franklin Costume
The Colonial outfit was better than I expected. It was made of a fine material and looked as good, as or even better than the pictures. I am glad I purchased the XL it is a better fit.

We won first prize for best costume overall at our condo Hollow-Wine gathering. The https://www.halloweencostumes.com order was received in a timely manner and the qualities of the products were very good. It was great fun and a Keeper! I believe it was a good price also.

Costume never shipped

I ordered a child's Mario accessory kit for my son that's supposed to be arriving today (I paid extra for express shipping) so I checked the tracking on FedEx and it says the label was created but they haven't even received the package to be shipped yet. So I tried to call customer service and got a message saying I've reached them after business hours. It's 1:00 pm on a Thursday, definitely well before their stated business hours end. I'm feeling like I got ripped off and there's not much time now before Halloween to find something else. I'm definitely disappointed and don't recommend spending your money with this company, seems like a scam.

Order #******* In case any customer service person is out there in the abyss.
