I had been looking for a Princess and the Frog costume specifically Tiana's green ball gown. I wanted to wear the dress for a convention and I had been looking for about two months and other shops were either too expensive or didn't have exactly what I wanted. When I found this store, they had what I was looking for and the dress was not costly and also came with a headband and gloves! The shipping was really fast and reliable and the dress came before the expected date. I ended up wearing the dress to the convention and got lots of compliments and would absolutely buy from this store again!
Ordered a package that didnt arrive and was simply told "its a matter for the police" and wasnt offered any additional help. Will not be buying anything from here again.

The costume I ordered was ok. Served the purpose. I'm here to talk about shipping. I paid to have shipped overnight, I ordered on a Thursday 05/04 and paid 23.99 to be shipped overnight which was a delivery date Monday 05/08. I watched tracking all day. Then at 4:35 said no one there for delivery. This is a business that it open 7 days a week hours are 10-6. So Tuesday morning I get up start watching delivery again. I need this delivered today. FedEx pulls up, starts to leave without bringing package in. Go out to flag down driver. He said he had the package on his truck yesterday but wasn't in the area so took back to FedEx to be delivered Tuesday 05/09. But I paid for delivery on Monday. So, who fault is this. Should I get part of my money back? It all worked out, but I'm tired of people not doing their job. Very tired of it. Customer service has gone to hell in a hand basket. Come on, can't we all do better!
Of the 30 costumes I purchased, only 2 had some minor issues. The issues were easily mended by myself, so I never bothered making a fuss over them. I'd recommend this business to others, but I'd also suggest getting things when they're doing some sort of promotion. I've gotten plenty of costumes from them for 15% to 20% off, which makes a big difference.
I have had two experiences with Fun.Co and both of them were positive, positive, positive! My first experience was buying the larger version of the Scooby Doo Purse directly from them from my Facebook feed. It got to me quickly and did not disappoint. I loved it, my friends loved it, strangers loved it, my students loved it! I loved it so much that when I saw another smaller version, this time, same company, but on EBay, I bought it! It also arrived quickly. However, I decided the smaller version wasn't what I needed. I returned it and got my refund so quickly! No hassle at all! The larger version has the Scooby Doo crew seen in the front seat of the van. The zippers are sturdy, there is so much space inside without being too big, and the strap is a perfect length. There is a little spot in front which I use for coins. It is well made and like I said, I always get positive comments on it. More importantly, I love it! I hope this helps you to determine if this is worth your hard earned money. For me, YES!

I received a previously worn costume. How did I know? Well, one piece was missing its tag, the instruction booklet was missing and both underarm seams were COMPLETELY ripped apart. Hmmmm
Told HalloweenCostumes Support who said they were sorry the costume was "defective" and I missed the 14 day return window. Yes, I did not know to check all the seams and tags before accepting delivery. Defective means it wasn't made correctly. Previously worn is a scam and bad business! Thanks, but that didn't help me. Just beware of their policy - no guarantee that it's sewn together!
This site sent me the wrong item. It took almost six weeks for them to correct the issue. By then the occassion for which I had bought the codtume had long since passed. Yesterday they sent an email threatening to charge my card without my permission for the wrong item if I don't mail it back at my expense. First of all I don't want the ridiculous item they sent. If they'd asked appropriately I would have been happy to get it back them.
Second and most importantly it is an actual crime to bill me for an order I don't want and didn't consent to buy.

Tried to cancel the order but could not and had to wait for it to arrive 2 weeks later because "it was alreday on the delivery truck", just to have to return it and pay for the shipping costs back. Have just been told that the refund will take up to 4 weeks to process, even though I have evidence from registered Aust post that it arrived back to the warehouse yesterday! Wish I had come on here first before ordering - don't get caught! :(
