I ordered an Abominable Snowman (Bumble) suit for Halloween and when I got it, it was NOT white! It was a noticeable light blue! That's not what it showed on the site, and the description did not say it was light blue, nor did it say it was not white. Who has ever seen a light blue snowman? I also ordered some light blue gloves because Bumble has blue hands, but the gloves would not stay on! They slipped off very easily, and I have large hands. I called Customer Service and the nice lady said I could return both items as defective, and I would be reimbursed the FULL amount I paid, including refunding the S/H, sales tax, and that I would NOT be charged a RESTOCK FEE (she checked with someone on that). I returned the items but when I got my VISA Statement I was not refunded the S/H and I was NOT refunded the sales tax I paid. How can this company keep WA State Sales Tax when there was no net purchase? Also, when I called back and spoke with a Manager, he refused to refund the remaining amount, saying they were going to keep my tax paid and SH as part of a restocking fee. I will be reporting this to the WA Dept. of Revenue, etc.
Do not order from this site. I ordered 4 items, they did not have 2 of them and replaced them with items of their choosing and charged me for it. This is in violation of FTC consumer protection laws. If this happens to you, please report them to the FTC as well as the Better Business Bureau. Calling them is a nightmare as well. They will keep you on hold forever, I was promised a full refund only if I returned the items they charged me for that I did not order, even after calling them and being told I would get a full refund the first time, and that they did not mean to charge me for the replacements. Then why keep my money?

So I bought a Sully inflatable costume as I go to children's hospitals and make them smile sometimes for the last time—I do this as a volunteer—I pay for costumes out of my pocket—I have several bought from all over but I had a 20% coupon for this site and thought sure why not! After chatting with customer service and asking approximate shipping time I finally got it although I did ask if it didn't fit or work if I could return it if it was too big or didn't work and I asked if I had to do this in 30 days—I bought beginning of September—oh no! We aren't like all the rest you take your time and I did I have over 100 costumes I've bought all over mostly online ya know they're cheaper sometimes and so imagine my Surprise! When a week before I was going to use it I put it on and the little inflatable air thing didn't work plus there was holes throughout the costume making it impossible to try another mechanism! I texted I called ohhh sorry it's outside the 30 days now I kept my email saying don't worry bout 30 days yep they didn't care said I was out of luck! They also blocked my account so I couldn't leave a review on google —so don't think ohhhh they got such nice costumes as they don't and customer service is everything and they are lacking if I could give minus five stars I would!

This company is an absolute scam. First off, they're American, not Canadian. Secondly, they sent me a clearly broken item…. The box had zero damage, thus making this a quality control issue. Then, they stand behind a 14 day policy, which is ridiculous, since it includes order and shipping time, so by the time I opened my item it was "too late," according to these rip off artists, to return it or get a refund. They do not operate in good faith and thus should not be allowed to operate in Canada. The quality of products is garbage and their customer service is worse. It's ridiculous they get away with this. There are plenty of better places to buy Halloween costumes.
I ordered a costume and mask for my daughter from the Canadian site. It was shipped right away, but UPS dropped the ball and tracking went quiet for days and days. The costume arrived the day after Halloween, but when it did arrive we were very pleased with it. My daughter loved it, and there was an extra mask in the package (plus the one I ordered) which made it even more worth the wait! When I contacted customer service they were really nice and gave me a refund as the date of delivery had passed. My daughter can't wait to wear the costume next year (Which seems of good quality!) but has settled for wearing it this weekend to scare her cousins. I will be ordering again from this site! I recommend them completely!
Ordered a 4T costume- it fits very small like a 2-3T. Size up! I ordered this costume October 5 and it arrived October 31 midday. I had to purchase another costume as it was unreliable to count on halloweencostumes.ca having their costumes arrive on time. When speaking to the chat, they refuse to be helpful. A ridiculous restocking fee of 18%. Will not be purchasing another costume from here. It's too overpriced anyways.
I paid over $100 for a tinker bell costume and it came with a dress and two wings, that I'm not even able to wear. The wings came folded over in the package and who knows how long they've been in there, they didn't unfold, even after having them stretched out for 2 weeks. So I basically paid $100 for a little skimpy green dress. Not worth your money AT ALL.

This is my second year ordering from halloweencostumes.com (2 purchases, 1 rental) and I couldn't be more pleased. This year I wore the Deluxe Kansas Girl costume dress to two costume contests and rode my horse twice in it (total of 4 hours riding). I got it really dirty and it came through the wash just like new! I am short waisted so I shortened the front and back straps so I didn't look too small in it. It has a really nice full skirt, lots of layers. I had a little extra room in the waist which was nice but the cuffs at the sleeves were very snug but I do have very muscular arms. I got so many compliments and really enjoyed being Dorothy this year!
