As stated above, Glyde was easy to use to post my item. I was able to set the price I wanted to sell from a number of options. Did not take long to sell my item. And Glyde sent me the shipping box to ship item to the buyer. Very smooth and easy transaction.

Loved having a reputable agent handle the notification/exposure/receipt/transfer process. Helpful to know what price point could expedite the sale. Disappointed not to receive proceeds beyond the "sale price" despite what others indicated. Some sellers mentioned receiving funds in excess of the sale price due to good condition of sold merch. My items were literally unused, straight out of the box -- and I received no additional funds. Without quesitons, each buyer received an exceptional product at an exceptional price.

Quick and simple transaction. I entered the info about my phone, within a day or 2 it was sold. After that a shipping box designed for my iPhone arrived in my mailbox. I inserted my phone, applied the provided shipping label that was preprinted with the recipients name, and mailed it. Once the phone was received by the purchaser and it was confirmed that it matched the description, the money was transferred to my account where I was able to easily withdraw it. Painless!
I bought a 6s on glyde, it took very long to process and confirm my information and then the seller took his time shipping my item but with all my complaints and stubborness glyde customer service was extremely understanding and cooperative. Best description is a good but slow process.

Horribly slow process, its been 10 days since I made a payment to receive my new iphone and it is still yet to be shipped. The companies CEO and management are Vice president and owners of Ebay, with those kind of achievements I would have expected a high quality customer service and an over all better company. I was wrong to believe or trust them with my time and money. A real shame, but I would never go through this process again or recommend it to anyone.
Please don't "sell" your phone-or anything else for that matter-on this site. Everything takes 3x as long as they advertise that it will. Trust me. I sent off my iPhone which was in excellent condition (no scratches), only to have it rejected by the "buyer" because of a so-called giant scratch on the glass which would supposedly catch a fingernail. If the scratch is indeed there now, I can assure you that it wasn't when I shipped off the phone. This was several weeks ago, mind you, and I still have neither my phone back nor my money. I should have just traded it in at the Apple store or used Amazon. Never again Glyde, never again. I wish I had never met you.
Although it took five days before my package was mailed out (Ipad), it was essentially a really good deal, and the Ipad was in excellent condition as they said it would be. Despite the delay in shipping, I would definitely buy from Glyde again..

I ordered an IPhone 6s, 64GB and received a 16GB twice after they promised to make a note on the sellers account. I'm extremely frustrated with the service and the fact that they only have an email to contact them about concerns. They take forever to get back to you and often haven't returned my emails at all. In addition when I ordered the phone the arrival date said one thing and it arrived almost two weeks after that. Terrible service, I will never been using them again.

So why are these guys so painfully slow? Will they stay in business with their 'go slow' strategy? I paid for a phone on the 5th, the seller got the shipping container on the 12th. Phone has not shipped. When will it? Who knows. Maybe by election day, maybe by the inaugeration. Meanwhile, same phone is advertised on Amazon refurbished for 10% more, but I could have it in 2 days. Glyde people - seriously - you need to change your system if you are going to survive. Yesterday I ordered something off ebay. It shipped today.
Ordered and paid for 128GB iPhone 6S. They sent a 16GB 6S. We shall see if the return refund goes well. Best case is that they wasted several hours of my life.
Follow up: I ask to return iPhone. They sent a box. (In the meantime, I ordered a phone from their competition. Mission Accomplished. Easy Peazy.) Glyde acknowledged return of the crap iPhone and credited my card. Did I mention what a total waste of time they are?
Glyde provided me with the absolute worst online purchasing experience I have ever experienced. This is not hyperbole. After my first order was cancelled, I emailed the address they are suggesting everyone to email. I was assured that "Unfulfilled sales are rare... We are confident that your next transaction will be successful... Fortunately, the vast majority of transactions on Glyde go much more smoothly than this and I certainly hope you consider giving us another shot." I ordered another phone and guess that happened? The transaction was cancelled once again. I wonder, what are the chances of that? To make matters worse, they don't let you know it's cancelled until 3-4 days after you have ordered it, so that's half your week waiting for something that never shows.
Only do businesss with Glyde if you are a fan of extremely slow service and empty promises.
Answer: Glyde is a great companyi did have a bad experence with a purchase but glyde sent out a return label on them and i was credited really quick. When dealing with companies on the internet i use my amazon or my paypal so that way its not hlding up my personal account. At any rate my issue was the person that sold me the phone had sent me a phone that was originally a sprint phone but flashed to cricket carrier when i tried to switch it to sprint they werent able to program the phone and i was already a customer only they couldnt figure out why. When we were programming the phone it showed the name cricket as we completed a reset of the system. So most people these days they jailbreak phones or flash maybe another work at any rate your covered regardless but i would recommend
