Good luck on contacting Glyde.com when they haven't sent you the correct amount of bitcoin/money for your sale in the timeframe stated on their website.
Don't know about you but I'm done with Glyde.com. Selling on Amazon.com is much safer and more reliable.
Great Communication! And fast shipping! Will recommend to anyone who needs the extra cash for their new or used equipment.
I sold 2 phones. One of them was described as being shattered which it was not and Glyde asked me to accept less money. I was a little annoyed because I was very honest filling out the description.
Simple and easy. Must less of a risk than eBay. Hassle free selling and buying! Love Glyde
Everything went swimmingly except my final payment. It seems the scan for the delivery by USPS didn't go through and it delayed my payment by a few days. Went I sent an email to follow up it was answered immediately and very thoroughly. I've already recommended it to friends and will use it again in the future.
Selling on Glyde was the easiest ever! They actually do all the work. Will do it again when the time comes!
Attempted to sell a phone that was 3 weeks old, and not used at all. Buyer did not like the phone, and wanted to send it back. I contact Glyde about it, they said they would find out why they wanted to return it to let me know. Glyde never told me why. The pre-canned reason for returning was 'product not as described', which was incorrect. I then did not receive the phone for 2 weeks after the buyer did not like it. Apparently when I sell the phone it has to be shipped immediately, but when the phone is returned it is up to the leisure of the buyer.
Excellent. Perfect. Glyde makes it almost too easy to the point that I wish they handled more than the items they handle. Service is simple and just works as described.
Glyde was super easy to use and quick. They paid for the box to be shipped to me and then it was simple to pack up my broken phone and ship it back with their postage.
Would I be able to get more money for my BlackBerry? Maybe, but this was hazzle-free, reliable and fast. Thanks
I really enjoy selling on Glyde. Helps me clear out some space and sell some stuff I wasn't using anymore. Quick and easy to use.
Excellent service. Never any problems or issues with transactions.
My experience eith Glyde was Excellent and exceeded my espectations in every way! I posted my user iphone 5 and maybe a week later it was sold. The price point was WELL above what I would have received from my mobile company or Apple retailer! The shipping container came within a week and was very secure and shock resistant. The money was deposited into my account a few days later without any hiccups or issues with the product. I will continue to use Glyde for all my used electronic selling/buying needs! I would recommend Glyde to a freind.
Glyde was great. Very easy to list my item and it was up for a while but eventually sold. I ended up selling it at more than what they indicated was the average going rate for selling. I receive the shipping material for my item very quickly.
I recently sold my Samsung smartphone. The sale could have been a lot better. They don't make it easy to see the status of your item for sale. They did not notify me when my item was sold, they did not notify me when the money was (finally) credited to my account, and they don't allow PayPal withdrawal. Only a bank account or they will snail mail a paper check... seriously? Would I use them again? I don't know, it was a lot of hassle.
Answer: Glyde is a great companyi did have a bad experence with a purchase but glyde sent out a return label on them and i was credited really quick. When dealing with companies on the internet i use my amazon or my paypal so that way its not hlding up my personal account. At any rate my issue was the person that sold me the phone had sent me a phone that was originally a sprint phone but flashed to cricket carrier when i tried to switch it to sprint they werent able to program the phone and i was already a customer only they couldnt figure out why. When we were programming the phone it showed the name cricket as we completed a reset of the system. So most people these days they jailbreak phones or flash maybe another work at any rate your covered regardless but i would recommend
