The representatives at Getarates were crucial to helping my wife and I buy our first home. From the very beginning of the process I was able to speak to the president of the company, Mr. Michael Sema. He took the time to explain the mortgage process to me and to get me pre-qualified. Once the process was in place, I was assisted by Danny and Tiana who were extremely helpful during the application process. I was able to stay on top of paperwork that had to be submitted due to their helpful reminders and organized software that allowed us to keep track of what had been submitted. I would recommend getarate to anyone who is in the market for a mortgage loan. I would gladly use this company again in the future.

Danny Valencia was great. I really liked his services. The only negative was at the end the underwriters were taking a long time to give us the clear to close which cause me a few problems but overall it was a good experience.
