This is a great place for home mortgage. I had team Kelly and Lisa assigned and they were true trooper. Both help out so much throughout the whole house buying process. Yes! Indeed it was tedious but with right tools and resources get a rate can get the job done. For me the bonus part was that they extended the rate for a day without any fee or anything. On the day of closing it was a breeze, fast and efficient process. Kelly was alway available regardless of time she will respond within appropriate time text or call. Overall, they are very helpful will make your house buying process awesome. They will do everything to get you right rate and close on time. All the hard work will pay off and am sure closing will happen on time. Very satisfied and very good. Thank you very much from the bottom of our heart Kiran and Soniya! :)

From the initial application to closing, Get-A-Rate performed like I was dealing with a trusted friend. Professional and polite, always returning my call or email in a timely manner, Nick and Jan were exceptional. I bought a house in 2017 using a different well known Veterans mortgage company, and Get-A-Rate outperformed them on EVERY level making 2018's closing the easiest I have ever had. Buying a home can be an extremely stressful experience, however when you have a mortgage company that is constantly looking out for your overall well being both financially and personally it makes the process much more enjoyable. I purchased my home from sellers that exhibited REVOLTING behavior throughout the entire process. My closing was delayed for ninety-eight days due to the seller's inability to fix items that the town inspectors demanded to have repaired. The tasks were relatively simple, however the seller was cheap and hired contractors that were not completing the jobs accordingly. It was a very stressful, expensive and frustrating three months. That being said, the one constant light I held on to was that GET-A-RATE always was looking out FOR ME.
