I submitted my request for quote for pre-approval on Zillow and within an hour i got a call from Jose Munoz. It has been an incredible experience working with Jose. All the mails/calls were immediately returned. The quote was lowest. The service provided for pre-approval was so good that I decided that even if other banks provide a slightly lower quote for actual loan, i will stick with Getarate but it didn't matter. The actual rate was still lowest. Even after everything was done and house was bought, jose still kept in touch to check if everything was good. Highly recommended.
