Well Well Well I don't Know where to begin. Back in October of 2016 I was in a situation where the home I rented an apartment in was in foreclosure and I had no ideal until the bank notified me that I was behind in rent which I paid every month on time to the land lord. Well I applied for a mortgage with another company who felt comfortable with. One night while I was up late searching every website you can find for a home and trying to see what my interest rate would be. The next day got a call from Get a Rate and after some back and forth with them because I was afraid for them to run my credit I was put in contact with the wonderful GREG MARSH whom I would recommend to anyone. HE WAS THE BEST. He explained everything to me. I was still hesitant until he told me that he was here to educate me and not harm me. At closing there were no surprise or hidden fees.
