Working with Charley and his team through my first home buying experience was a pleasure. He was always on top of the needed actions and very timely. He and his team are extremely knowledgeable and available day or night to assist in any way needed.

Charley worked a miracle to get our loan approved. Our previous loan originator left us high and dry with two weeks left until closing. We were on the brink of losing our dream home! The seller suggested we contact Charley at Fidelity Home Group and he immediately sprang into action. I don't know how he did it, but we ended up closing on our original closing date! I cannot express my appreciation for his time and attentiveness for our particular situation.

My experience with Fidelity Home Group was great, the process went by super smooth and loan Officer Charley did a good job, we were informed frequently and overall was a great experience and it worked out well.

Erik and the entire team we worked with kept us up to date with what information was needed for this refinance to happen, what our options were, and how it all fits together. We certainly appreciated the videos going over the PDFs/alternatives we could have taken. Given this unique time where face to face meetings are rare - it was a great way to communicate/convey information!
