Placed order for 2 mugs for Christmas gifts on 11/24/16. Received email on 11/26 that order was being processed and would be shipped out in, at most, 14 days. After hearing nothing more I inquired on 12/10 the status on my order and received an email that it was held up in processing. I asked when I might expect it to be shipped as the mugs were intended to be Christmas gifts. Email response was that they didn't know and it was unlikely to be before Christmas. They sent me a tracking link that was for wrong order # and address. I asked for corrected link which they did send. I have seeious doubts I will ever see my mugs, nor my money. I paid through PayPal. Wonder if they assist with getting refunds?
I ordered a gold heart necklace, and a mug with the same design. Both were top notch quality. Nothing on the necklace is plastic like people are saying. It is a clear resin cover, and a sterling pendant. Shiny and beautiful, and just the right size at 1" in width. Chains are a little dainty feeling. The mug was flawless, and arrived in perfect condition.

Order the bubble necklaces, expecting that they were sterling silver, I received them only to find them made of plastic. Thoroughly disappointed with this product, nothing but junk! Do not order products from this site without a complete and exstensive background check. All be it one should not have to go thru so much when they advertise top quality products on their site.
Gear Bubble kept me informed via email of how the piece was coming along and when it was shipped. I received the necklace and charm, but it was much smaller than the online picture led me to believe. It was also a very shoddy necklace and charm. It looks like something out of a bubblegum machine. Certainly not worth $37.00. I would not do business with Gear Bubble again.
