Ordered a pair of his and hers skull mugs. Received 2 of the same ones. After several attempts and weeks of waiting they sent the correct 2nd mug. EXCEPT It was a much smaller mug. Several more weeks trying to contact them and they insisted I ordered and paid for smaller ones. NOT TRUE. Offered to send smaller one to make a set only after I mailed back the 2 bigger of the same mugs. AT MY expense. WOULD NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I would have given a ZERO rating if they offered it.

I ordered the Color Changing Husband Mug. I tracked the order it was 1 week at the drop off in Maryland, only took about 2 weeks to get it.
When we go it it was in a nice heavy duty styrofoam box.
There was 2 scratches on thw backside of the mug.
The black was see through, i could see all of what was written on the mug, it takes a fewseconds when the hot water is inside for it to change.
First of all when i got it i was extremely disappointed that the black was see through. Then i washed it with warm soapy water putting water inside did not change the color, but if i ran the hot water on the outside it changed no problem. My husband made himself a cup of coffee and it took a few minutes but it did change colors.
Overall disappointed because of the scratches and the fact that the black is see through.
They dont make it easy to get in touch with them. Sent them my review and pictures.

I ordered what looked like a gold plated metal pendant for my daughter, with what looked like a gold (metal) heart in the middle for $27.95 + $4.95 shipping. What I got was a gumball machine quality cheap pendant with a picture of a gold heart under a clear piece of plastic, and a cheesy little neck chain that will probably break the first time it's worn. I was so disappointed that I had to check and see how much I paid for this piece of junk that is not even worth giving to my daughter, and I paid a total of $32.90 for a piece of crap trinket that is'nt worth five dollars. What a waste of money. Pure crap, total rip off. Dont waste your money on this scam.

Their items are way to spendy and cheaply made. Their customerservice is also bad. My husband ordered me a necklace from them it never got here. Called customer service they were no help. Finally got my necklace 2 months later the chain was turning my neck yellow not green but yellow now the pendant is fading and i have only had it a month. Stay away from this company. If i would have done my search sooner I would have told my husband not to buy from them.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! I received today my Mom and Son necklace that I ordered from Gear Bubble that I WAS going to give to my son next month on his wedding day. After I opened the package I was in tears. I paid $29.99 for the pendant that was no bigger than a quarter with a very cheap chain. You can not see the words on it without the aid of a magnifying glass. The only thing you can read is in the middle that says, "Mom and Son". The words on the pendant describe exactly the way I feel about my precious son. The words don't mean a thing if you can't read them. Please save your money and do NOT order from Gear Bubble.

I don't know what other people are complaining about. I had a great experience. I ordered a mug and got it very quickly after. It was good quality and exactly as expected.

All you see written is true
Here is what I have experienced email you at an item is shipped and the tracking number is not active for seven days, the item is stuck in Georgia somewhere. They don't respond to email requests for information, so don't plan on any help or support it will not be there.
My recommendation is to use PayPal and file a clam Ewing them, once PayPal get tired of their games they will cut them off from funding and it's game over then
That's my plan at this point
Oh yes ordered item for anniversary twelve days in advance still waiting for it to arrive eight days after the anniversary.
Customer service is a ZERO
