I ordered a necklace from gearbubble titled "Valentines Charm" and it is now two days past Valentine's Day and I just got notified that the item has shipped! Horrible company and horrible (no) customer service! I will never order anything from you or anyone associated with your miserable company again! I completely satisfied with this company's customer service. If I had any complaint at all, it would be that the sizing is on the small size. I ordered a shirt as a surprise for my neighbor which was too small and it didn't come in a larger size. Jasmine in Customer Service was great. All my e-mails were answered in a timely fashion and my refund was credited back in record time. I would have no qualms about dealing with this company again.

Acting like its a customized charm. The price is not worth the price you pay. Then couple days later they send me email to review my purchase. Since I answered it honestly with 1 stars and hit Submit it takes me to page that says I do not have access. WTF? They don't want honest reviews.

Ordered 1 mug on 27 November so i can have it before 20 December. Received email on 17 January, it's shipped, but tracking showed it left on 9 February and is still in transit. They take forever to process and ship products. They say that it is due to the personalization of the product, however my product required no personalization what-so-ever. It took close to three weeks to ship and the product was of far less quality and size than anticipated
I ordered a color changing mug to have it in time for Valentine's Day. It took three weeks to be delivered. But, the handle was broken off when it arrived. I contacted customer service and they offered to replace it or refund my money. Since I couldn't wait another three weeks, I asked it they had it in stock. I was informed that Customer Service could not see that information; only the production department could. There was no offer to contact the production department to find out. I requested a refund. I guess I'll have to watch my credit card statement to make sure it is refunded. Lousy delivery, lousy service.
