The company enjoys a generally positive reputation, with many customers praising the quality of products, timely delivery, and effective communication throughout the order process. Satisfied customers frequently highlight the uniqueness and appeal of the items, contributing to repeat purchases. However, some negative feedback indicates issues with customer support, particularly regarding technical difficulties with product creation and inadequate responses to inquiries. While the majority of experiences are favorable, the company may benefit from improving its customer service responsiveness to address these concerns and enhance overall satisfaction.

This is not a reputable company. Do not buy from them. They charge your card right away then say your product is being made then right away send notification of shipping with no tracking number. Then they send emails requesting you varify your order after they have charged you. I am going to have to contact my credit card company for help.
Company is a scam! I ordered a color changing mug for my wife. 21 days later still no mug just a $#*! load of excuses why I haven't received it! Check tracking number an it said no number existed. I called my credit card company to get a refund an got it! How do your employees sleep at night knowing they are screwing people out of their hard earned money! Carma will have its day with ur company!
We're still waiting for our product 18 days later. They say when ordered it is custom made so we wait. Had no idea the time frame is now weeks. Will not buy here again.
Avoid this company like the plague. Their customer service is abysmal. The rare response to my inquires as to where my stuff was, was answered in vague, "place holder" language. When I told them I wanted a refund, (the first time) they responded that my order had bee shipped that day, over a month after order. Tracking number a week later with USPS said shipping label printed that day, never shipped though. Wasn't until I told Paypal the story that I got a refund. AVOID!
I bought my son this necklace for Christmas but arrived late. My son wore the necklace first day arrived and the cheap chain broke. The quality of the chain is so cheap, its similar to the ones you get in a candy machine for 50 cents. I'm disappointed paying almost $30.00 for it. Would I recommend anybody to get one? Honestly no, save your money.
The product's quality for the money spent as well as the representation on media such as fb doesn't reflect the true image which is a cheap neckless that I wouldn't give to anyone. Never again. Thank you Gearbubble for reminding me that whatever shines isn't gold and that nice from far but far from nice applies to your products. The funny twist of the story is that they sent me an email for my feedback and when I have tried to submit it I got "Oops! Something is wrong with our website"
SIMPLY PATHETIC!
Their website said you had to order by Jan 18th and it cost $33.90 with shipping. As of Jan 17,2017 now it is $19.95. Website stats you will receive in 5-8 business days. I'm going on 6 days now and I get an e-mail today that it is being made. I wanted this for my dad on Jan 20,2017. I guess we will wait and see.
I purchased a pendant about 3 weeks before Christmas. It was OK by me if it wasn't received by Christmas. I received an email a week after my purchase stating that my product was being produced and then on Dec 21 that it had shipped. I still had not received it two weeks later, so I sent two separate emails to their customer service email address, a few days apart, just making sure they had the address correct. Both emails went both unanswered. Luckily I had paid via PayPal, so I sent a message to them through PayPal and within a day I received my money back with no explanation. I would rather have had the product, even if it took longer, but when I tried to inquire, Paypal told me that the incident was closed and that was that.
DO NOT buy from here. I bout a necklace for my wife for Christmas from here... Thank God I had bought her a nicer gift somewhere else otherwise it would have been an embarrassment. The necklace Rotted before the 5 days of having it. TERRIBLE!
It is all fake and the necklace turned my wife's neck green in the area around the necklace. I paid $32.05 and I regret spending every penny at Gearbubble.
After reading bad reviews about receiving what you order. I became concerned because it was taking so long to receive the mug I ordered, so I complained. What I needed was patience. I received it today and it's beautiful. Thank you GearBubble.
I ordered a heat sensitive mug for $16.99 + 4.99 shipping. They send me a regular $2 mug, and it took my credit company refusing to pay them due to my great record with the credit card company to claim my money back. I contacted them numerious time to no avail. Do not be scammed. In the case of heat sensitive mugs, buy it from a reputable place like Walgreen. That is what I ended up doing.
Worst company ever. I've been waiting 23 days and still haven't gotten my coffee mug that I ordered for a Christmas present and these morons send me a email asking me how I like my product. I will never purchase anything from them again
Disappionted with the delivery it took 13. Days to finally get it and the product is peeled off you can actually see two discolored spots. In addition, the whole medallion feels and looks like plastic. I will not recommend it to any body. I will not buy another product from gearbubble.com. I rated 1 star for delivery and 2 stars for product quality.
Poor quality of work cheap made products and cost way to much for a damn sticker on a pice of aluminum the worst company ever they are crooks and should be arrested for false advertising cause the product looks nothing like what they show on the website I've got better stuff out of a coin machine
Poor quailty of color imprint on mug. Too expensive. Cheap quality. Rip off. Disappointed. Beware. Don't buy.
Product quality is the type you would get from a lucky dip bag. Very cheap plastic rubbish. Don't waste your money
I'm a former seller on gear bubble and the founder of the company recently removed me from his Facebook group over some complete BS he was butthurt about. I tried honestly selling through his platform for several months and didn't make a dime. Others have complained about not receiving items and wrong items so when I posted about it in his facebook group, he came back with some BS about how I can't give out his location (The state of Kansas), to upset customers which was where I THOUGHT the company is located. I specifically told him that I tell everyone to email gear bubble directly but he acted like an idiot and removed me. I'll be reporting it to the BBB as well. I hope that platform goes out of business quickly before others get screwed over.
Ordered product on 12/1 for Christmas. No word for 2 weeks, then after emailing customer service was told they did not know when it would ship. Now they say shipped 12/18, but the tracking number shows pre-shipping. So much for Christmas gift. Who knows if we will ever receive it. Not that they care since I've already been charged.
Feels like cheap plastic and can hardly read the writing. Don't waste your money!
I ordered three pendants from Gear Bubble and it took about three weeks to arrive. I was really disappointed in the quality of this product. The pendants look like something that you would get from a bubble gum machine, the only way to see the writing on the front of the pendant was using a magnifying glass. I do not recommend that anyone purchase this product.
