I had my first screen protector 2 weeks, had to pay 9.95 for shipping to get a new one, this one cracked second day.
Terrible, waste of money

I got both of my iphone x screen protectors replaced and one of them has a crack already on it and the other has an indention in the middle and will not set on the phone

The product seems to be very flimsy and while it may "protect" the screen, they crack very easily. The replacement I received before was broken within a couple of weeks, and have just received the new one. A person could go broke paying $5.95 for shipping at the rate they seem to be cracking.

I think it is worth getting. I love It and it keeps my phone screen going from cracking. I would recommend it to anyone.

The process was too complicated to get a replacement screen. The Warranty process should be easier. Although the lady that handled my claim was very personal and professional! Thank you for your help.

I'm super hard on my phone and this screen protector does exactly what I need it to do. I'm very impressed with the strength and was very skeptical of the glass, but when it does crack or chip the warranty kicks in and ya get a new one! I will be buying these from now on!

Having the warranty has saved me a ton of money because YES the screen protector is very durable but inevitably it always gets dropped face down. Just paying shipping to have the new screen protector sent is awesome! Will continue buying these products for all my electronics

They are very easy do deal with for warranty claims. My only concern was the replacement glass I received didn't have the little tabs attached to glass to make installation easier. The last one did but not this one. Other than that very pleased.

I was replacing a gadget guard that had cracked. Replacement shipped promptly at no charge. Removal of cracked cover was easy & installation of new guard relatively painless. Love the product!
