I purchased my GadgetGuard screen quite a few years ago and registered it right away! I've had to order so many replacement screens over the years and I'm just still so shocked at how cheap it is. I'm so rough with my phone and these protectors really keep up with me. Something I love about mine is when I break it, there aren't chips that fall out, it still stays intact even with the cracks. I will probably use gadgetguard for the rest of my life! So glad I found them.
Yes, the shipping costs are a scam on a "free" replacement. The main selling feature of the item is free life time replacements. But, when you have to pay upwards of the full cost of a new item to get it shipped, it doesn't sit well with me.

I appreciate the protection Gadget Guard provides for my phone. The only issue I would like resolved is the packaging. It's so large that it doesn't fit in my mailbox without bending. It's intimidating to open, because it says something to the effect of "Just rip it!" on the outside, yet it says "open carefully" on the inside. Packaging that is easier to open, and that fits the product better, would be appreciated.
