This is the best phone guard I have used. My current guard got a very small chip on the side and when I used my fingernail to see what it was my guard got a "rock chip" on the side. Forgot this had a life time warranty, requested a replacement and it arrived within a few days. Installed very easily with no issues. Yes I had to pay a shipping cost to get the replacement.
I actually bought two, one for each child. Both have already broken but they did it's job and protected the screen. Replacements were easy to get, although you have to pay for shipping, so it isn't free. Had to put on, though... even with the instructions.
The warranty and service are honored immediately. They send replacements out quickly. I did have a problem when I first applied it, in that the placement affected the volume. So I reapplied but it lost "stickiness" and now I need to order another. The last protector on it (gadget guard) held up well and protected two drops.
I put the screen on in the evening and didnt use it all night to give it time to seal. Next morning it fell maybe 2-3 inches and the whole screen protector shattered.

I used the warranty because I needed to replace a phone guard for my phone, and yes I received the package, but when I went to the Sprint store to have help installing the guard on my phone, the ACTUAL GUARD wasn't in the package!

I got my free replacements quickly and with minimal shipping costs ($5.99) both times because the product was registered. The installation is easy and I have had no problems with this product. It is crystal clear and doesn't impede texting. Overall, I am very happy with this product.
