Gadget guard gave me no problems with my replacing my screen protector. I have dropped my phone almost twice a day, this screen protector saved my phone for about a year before having to be replaced. I received my replacement quickly and the customer service reps helped me with other issues as well. I will be using this product in the future.

Not only have I loved my Gadget Guard Black Ice screen for years, but it has also truly been a "phone saver" on NUMEROUS occasions! Easy to register and quick and easy to order a replacement. Ships quickly. Never once had an issue with the product or the company. Definitely recommend!

Why no udated pin

With No pin, I no longer have a warranty, therefore it was a waste of $10. I would've paid full price to include the pin, however I did not know. So I now have another coat of this on my phone and an expired warranty.

I ordered a replacement Gadgetguard for my phone. I ordered the wrong one which I discovered within minutes. I was able to do an on-line chat with one of their customer service reps who was able to cancel my order and reorder the correct part within minutes. She was very efficient. Then I received an email that had our entire conversation documented. It was amazing and so easy! I will use them again without hesitation!
