The screensaver would not stick to the entire cover of my phone. It could possibly be because I have a curved screen. Both edges from top to bottom about a quarter inch in would not stick. I will not order another one. It was like this on the last one I had as well. You can see the shades edge on the left side.

This is the second guard I have replaced in 2 months due to the shield splinting-as I call it. The edges get shards of tiny glass and they have sliced my fingers! Not fun and I sent an email to customer service but was sent a generic one back.If this one does the same thing, I will be looking for another protector.
Quality product. Tempered glass guard didnt hold up to abuse by my toddler so ordered free replacement and just paid for shipping. Took close to a month to receive in Canada which was a bit of a pain considering it still cost $10 for shipping. Not the easiest to install myself as I had it done by Roger's Wireless when I initially purchased the phone but not as difficult to apply as some others.

My whole experience has been pretty good. The customer support is very helpful and understanding. My screen broke so I ordered a replacement, it came in a decent amount of time. Unfortunately, it came broken so I can't even use it. It was bent during shipment because the only thing keeping it from bending was a piece of cardboard, which clearly didn't work.
It said it would arrived on a Tuesday and it arrived on a Saturday I was very happy. Knowing that my order was completed faster than what it said, the tracking number did took its time to update for it to get to arrive at usps, but I have no complaints whatsoever.
I recieved my new screen protector within a few days of placing the order, as expected and the process was quick and easy. By the next day there was a slight crack across the screen and the top right corner is smashed up just from being in my jeans pocket. I already can't even take selfies cause of the cracks. I'll need to order another replacement and pay another $8 shipping fee and I haven't even had it a week!

Answer: Yes. I just replaced mine, for free and free shipping too. The replacement arrived broken so I reached out to Gadget Guard and they sent ANOTHER replacement for the replacement completely for free with zero hassle. As long as you register your original purchased protector screen within the time frame allotted they will replace them for free. Definitely worth the initial investment. Their customer service has been really helpful and quick in my personal experience. I will continue to do business with them.
