Dont do it

Fi xd but didnt work was worse than when they received it car wont even work now said they were going to refund my money 3 weeks later still dont have it trust me go somewhere else

Please contact us and we will make sure to resolve this with you 100%. All computers are tested before and after we work on them, and the computer would not ship out worse than when you sent it. There must be something else faulty with the vehicle.

Great customer service!

I sent out a tcm to them and they sent it back repaired. I was still having issues with it and they continued to respond to my emails regarding my questions. They gave me the option of returning my unit for additional testing and reported it may not be repairable or they can issue me a refund. I received a full refund which helped me purchase a new unit. This was very kind of them and I will use them again if I have any other problems in the future. Thanks again G7!

I followed the directions of the web site, sent my computer and got it back in 8 days even with a no mail day due to Bush dying. Unfortunately the problem was an interment and the fix did not work. A few short polite emails to determine whether or not to try and re fix we decided to refund and buy a new one. In the dialog with G7 it was decide that this problem might not be able to be fixed and they refunded me the next day. Would definitely at least try this again if needed. Thanks again to the staff at G7

A company that tries hard to make you happy

Sent them my bcm for my mini they repaired it and sent it back really fast I was amazed. The computer failed to work correctly they over looked the lighting circuit, they went all out to refund my money the next day I was shocked. These guys went all out to make this right even refunded my shipping costs. I will definitely send it back to them for repair. Thanks so much.

They will send it back and say they repaired it but there could be other problem with your car that will make your computer fail again and that voids the warranty when in fact they didn't do a dam thing to repair your computer just take your money. They stated they couldn't determine why it failed are you kidding me open the back cover and the damage was pretty obvious water go in and shorted out all the chips n resisters in its path. Go to the dealer n just buy a new one.

I found this company on Google and decided to give them a shot at fixing the ECM on my wife's 2006 XC90. I was having an issue with the ECM, specifically showing excessive voltage on terminal 5 (should be 1v sending 10v). Unfortunately in my case they were not able to fix the issue. When the module was returned it was still showing excessive voltage. I contacted the company and was told I may have an intermittent or latent fault inside the computer which could make it difficult to detect. They offered to take another look or provide me with a full refund which they did. I respect the fact they stood behind their work and made sure I was completely satisfied.

I am from Ontario Canada, I sent my car computer to be fixed by G7 computer, I am telling you, it was fixed in one day, I got it back plug it in and started the car. I save a lot of money with this company, it save me from buying a new computer.

Thanks to you guys, will certainly use you again if I need to.

This review for G7 Computers--g7computers.com., needs to begin with accolades to another company FLAGSHIP ONE INC, I will give this company a separate review, as they too, Deserve credit for the actual fix. (These 2 companies need to hook-up!)

My 2000 Dodge Stratus, purchased recently as a used car with low mileage, was acting up horribly. After spending money on fake symptoms showing up in an array of idiot lights sending me into a tailspin, with some help from internet forums, I quickly determined that given the symptoms of what this car was doing, I became very suspect of the On-Board Computer.

I sent it out to THIS company, G7, to be repaired. As per this companys policy, if they are unable to fix the computer, they return it to you free of charge, and that happened because G7 determined that my computer could not be repaired. SO, they basically told me for FREE that the computer was indeed a bad device and needed replaced. They did return the computer to me for free and refunded my initial (VERY REASONABLE) repair amount IN FULL. The ONLY cost to me was shipping the part to them, via USPS Small Flat Rate Priority box, five dollars! They quickly determined that my On-Board Computer was "TOAST" and had done that basically for free.

But now, I needed to get a new or rebuilt computer for my Saturn. After doing some research, I stumbled upon FLAGSHIP ONE. Please see my separate review for them.

I appreciate G7 for 2 big reasons First, they do exactly what they say they will do, and secondly, Had the part I sent been capable of a repair, it is ALWAYS better to rebuild your computer in place of replacing it. Should you need to replace it, SEE Flagship!

Again, these 2 companies need to work with each other! It is natural compliment.
