Sent them 2 ECM's for 2004 SAAB 9-3. Was able to fix one of them but the other was bad. They refunded the money for the one they couldn't fix. Great customer service. Will use them again if needed. Thanks G7

Sent my computer in and they said they found a hardware problem and repaired it, but after installing the PCM and having the same problem I decided to trust there work and assume the PCM was not causing it, and sure enough I found multiple other problems causing my issues 5 stars
Hello world, over one month ago I sent my computer from my 2007 Saab to G7 computer repair in New York, I have left many voice messages to the number *******179, I wanted to speak to someone to verify if my computer got there and to see if this company is even alive, I never received any calls or emails, It has been well over a month now, I call but get no answer and no were, I'm in the prosses of filing A complaint but unfortunately that won't get my computer back..
We found them to be honest and easy to work with in all their dealings with us. Delivery times were accurate and when found it couldn't be fixed, they refunded our money immediately. No problems with their employees.
I made the purchase, which was seamless and quick. Instructions were clear on the process and what I could expect. After they received my BCM, it was sent back out the following day, less than 24 hours, and carrier even picked it up same day. Excluding the weekend, I had it back in hand within 48hours.
Great customer service. I received communication once purchase was made, when my BCM was received, when it was shipped out, and instructions on the process should it not work.
Due to my own stupidity, I shorted the BCM. Had errors all over like fuel level, airbags, ABS, no exterior lighting, no radio, etc. I spent, collectively, about 14 hours calling dealerships in 9 states, junk yards, attempted to place orders with part websites, checked actions & action sites, called multiple repair shops, etc with absolute no availability to purchase a new one or willingness to repair my existing one. They are currently on backorder 3-4 months for my vehicle. Stressing about having a vehicle and having only 1 option, at the time, was to trade my vehicle in.
Their business model is one of a kind. All of the information needed can be found on their site and leaves nothing out on the process. From their site, to purchase, to sending in the BCM, to it being shipped back, they set the expectation and there was no surprises.
Having been plagued with a CBR1100XX ECU failure that is a 20 year on-going issue with this motorcycle. I tried G7 because honestly no-one else on the planet can fix the issue and I expected the same from them. To my amazement and delight they were able to fix the issue in a 24 hour turnaround. Very reasonable prices, professional service and everything they claimed on their site was true- no gimmicks, no let downs. Thank you G7!

We have had a terrible problem trying to get our ABS fixed (computer module) and sent it to them for repair. My brother had used them in the past with success. Unfortunately, when they fixed it and returned it to us there was still a problem. Since we live nowhere close and they felt it would likely not be possible to track down the problem without the car actually there, they offered to refund the charge and we accepted. We still don't have the repair done, but we appreciate so much their honesty. Thanks, guys!
My transmission control unit had an intermittent fault that was difficult to reproduce by G7 computers, so they refunded my payment.
G7 has done exactly as advertised. Sent my BCM to them and received a prompt reply that my original had been received. Got another notice two days later saying the iteam had been repaired and was in the mail along with a tracking number. Turn-a-round is one week along with a note providing instructions on using the repaired part. I appreciate prompt cmmunications and G7 delivers. Obviously well managed and knows good customer service. Part yet to be installed but I'm betting on great resuts with this team. JB Greenwood SC
