The price for shipping and handeling was a disapointment. The price for the flowers stated it included that at $** for flowers. Time has me at a disadvatage so I did it one time only.

I was a 1st time customer ordering flowers for my Daughter to be deliver the day before her wedding. I received 2 voicemails. Beyond vague and very hard to hear and understand, sounded like kids saying can you call this number back regarding delivery options. NOTHING ABOUT FLOWERS. I have kohl's & Amazon deliveries also. Neither message said the hours of operation or the Companies name. I work until 10 PM. Until tonight I had NO idea she did not receive this, until I open the email below.
Not only did she not get her flowers or card a credit was just added to my account (supposedly) not posted yet. The woman on the phone was very nice. I was crying. This was a sentimental gesture before her big day... so for my inconvenience I get a $15 dollar credit toward another arrangement. Which has to pay for next day delivery (4days late). I am beyond upset & applaud at the service received.
I have responded to another feedback request and as I stated there I am very unhappy with my experience using
fromyouflowers.com and do not anticipate using them again and will also be sharing my experience with friends and family and suggest they do not use their service either. The company did reimburse the fee charged for expedited service but did not give any type of refund on the handleing charges dispite the poor service and delayed delivery causing the arrangement not even making it to the funeral service. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED!
Locating what I wanted, (my Aunt likes the color purple) and that could be delivered to a hospital was very easy on this site. I saw other options for when she goes home so I won't have to go to another site and hunt for something nice. She sounded happy and I know she was happy to show it off to her visitors!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
