After the flowers were delivered a picture was sent to me from the recipient and the area gent was not near as nice as the advertised picture. It looked thrown together and the flowers were less than fresh looking. But since it's the thought that counts our sick friend was very happy to have them.

The service from you flowers was great and the flowers were very beautiful and fresh. The only complaint i have is that had i known the delivery would of taken so long i would have paid the extra to have it delivered within the 4 hours. I placed the order very early in the morning and the flowers were delivered at the end of the business day, after 4pm. I know they say delivery is guaranteed before 5pm but really should have not taken all day to deliver when the order was placed early in the morning.

I found a typo in my card message. I couldn't edit it without removing what I had already done. I need delivery before 11:00 am if possible, but there was no way to put that note on the order either. Though I was compensated, I was told that attempts were made to call me and messages were left, however, I did not have a voice mail or missed call. I confirmed my phone number with each of the calls I made. The delivery hit at 3:00pm on Friday. Way passed noon... This concerns me with the shops you are using. I would recommend reaching out to these shops... Brookshire's Grocery, floral department. They deliver the most beautiful roses. I have also used Brosangs and received rave reviews from my husband on their deliveries.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
