The order was delivered an entire day late to our Grandson who at the age of 4 had his tonsils out. They were supposed to be delivered 'same day' and be at his house when he got home. We live 6 hrs. Away and couldn't be there. Not happy and I got only a 10% discount which doesn't amount to much considering.
My $** gift certificate code wouldn't work. I have never used this flower courier before so I no experiences good or bad to rate this site other than my failed gift certificate code. Hopefully the flowers arrive fresh and on-time. That's my main concern.

I was concerned about ordering online. I have heard horror stories about doing this, and I was pleasantly surprised about the result. The flowers were sent to my daughter at her work place and because they were so nice, she is going to use this florist for work orders.
Wish you had shown full cost before I had entered all payment info -- when I went back to check I lost all info and had to retype.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
