Awesome! Everything went well The only problem I had was that you guys send out a email confirmation stating the order Was Delivered when the Order leaves the shop. That email is confusing because I immediately called my sister in law and asked how did you like it and she said like what? The order hadn't been delivered yet until 15 mins later after I hung up and called customer service. I recommend that delivery confirm be sent AFTER the order is actually Delivered******;

Great price and service. Delivery was made in my time frame even though it was not the standard option for delivery. I love that I could get same day delivery without breaking the bank. The CSR was extremely nice and very helpful. Very easy and seamless. I hope the flowers look as good in person as they do on the screen.

I have not seen the flowers but my sister called and said they were beautiful. The florist needed to substitute one flower in the arrangement and fromyouflowers called to make sure it was ok.
More designs, bright and cheery would be delightful. I paid expedited shipping to have the flowers delivered within 4 hours of order! I placed the order at 9 am and they weren't received until 6 pm! Yes, expedited fee was refunded, however, the recipient was already released from the hospital! We are a business and are taking our business else where. This was completely unacceptable!
