When placing my order this evening I was disconnected and had to start again.

However, they eventually succeeded in delivering the arrangement so I wanted to allow them a second chance. My recent order was in a popular city where they apparently have many florists that could fulfill my order as the arrangement was delivered in a timely manner. Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
