VERY DISAPPOINTED

This experience has been VERY DISAPPOINTING. I paid for expedited delivery. DIDNT HAPPEN. I contacted customer service and was assured delivery would be made asap. DIDNT HAPPEN. Contacted them again 2 hours later and was told they would be delivered before 3 pm. HASNT HAPPENED. I will be making sure to do a bunch of online reviews for this company as I am very disappointed with the delivery, pricing and the 100% guarantee that is a complete LIE.

Did not deliver

I ordered these flowers for my sister-in-law who was recently diagnosed with ovarian cancer and going thru chemotherapy. These flowers would have put a smile on her face. From You Flowers emailed reporting they tried to deliver but the recepient was not home. The recepient was home, even looking out the window. The driver pulled into the driveway, BUT, never even got of the vehicle. Man, I hate being lied to.

Nothing like photo

Flowers my girlfriend received for birthday look absolutely nothing like photo on website... i bought get well flowers sent to my daughter a month ago... same thing... flowers looked nothing like photo... way too small to be deluxe or premium. Version... will not be ordering here again

Unacceptable on every level

I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday. I was happy with the price and arrangement that I selected. The flowers were delivered on time to the correct address, but that's where the good ends. My mother received a vase full of greens, 4 yellow Rose's and none of the other flowers were bloomed. I was floored to find out the company they used was a grocery store florist. I thought I should let them know that the company that they contracted through did not represent them very well, and shared pics of both the bouquet I ordered and what arrived. I did not ask for a refund, just to share the experience. I was shocked again when customer service replied that based on their order file, I received exactly what I had selected from their website. They were sorry I was unhappy and here is a $10 gift certificate. WHAT! I know what I ordered, a finished product, not something that will hopefully grow into what I ordered. They clearly don't care about their customers satisfaction, or how the companies they use represent their brand.

It is beyond me why this site has such a high rating on this company. Yelp had 3000+ ratings with a one start average.
I received a large bunch of roses for my birthday today. The flowers looked like old drug store roses that had been left out be the vendor too long. The stems were damaged due to being crammed into a vase that was way to small. Petals were falling off and the tips of the roses were black. The bottom of the stems obviously had not been in water for a while and we're extremely dry.
When I called their only solution was to either redeliver, no thanks I don't need any more poor quality roses or I needed to call my husband who was so happy he sent me flowers and tell him what crappy quality they were.

Never again! Avoid this company

Beyond Disgusted

To say that I am beyond disappointed with my order would be the understatement of the century. I spent a lot of time picking just the right flower arrangement for my friend's birthday. This is what I ordered (premium version no less):

This is what was delivered:

It is the most disgusting display of wrongness I have ever seen in the flower world, and I was a floral designer for many years. I don't care what caveats they have in place about there being possible substitutions to cover themselves, this is beyond unacceptable. The shape's not the same, the flowers/greens are barely the same…this is far worse than something you would find at WalMart or grocery store…a young kid could do better, seriously. And to think I paid $100 for this (what shows is $40 at best). I've contacted them twice so far with no response. Vile, loathsome and revolting.

Never delivered flowers and didn't do a refund

Worst service ever! Placed an order in the morning for the same day delivery (bouquet of $45 came up to $100 with all the fees). Received confirmation that it will be delivered by 6 pm latest. Was calling them at 5pm, nobody answered. 6pm same. Wrote to support, they answered that it's not their mistake but the agent's who should make delivery and the agent is not answering now, when he answers we will let you know. And after that nothing.
Next day i called them to cancel the delivery, the agent was pushing me to still make the delivery. After the cancellation they said they will refund in 2 days, but still no money refunded.
There are much more better services than this one (like publix delivery for Florida as i found out later). Keep out from this thugs

Second review of this horrible company

So, I know I already left one review but this one was even WORSE. I had placed 3 orders at one time and this was the last one. I had paid extra for delivery before noon. When I checked at 6pm, not only had it not been delivered by noon, it wasn't delivered at all. I then contacted customer service for a refund and they LIED TO ME, saying that the florist had just told them it was delivered right then, at 6pm. Clearly this was a lie bc I had the present recipient on the phone who said they received no flowers.

Again, the only saving grace is that after pushing back enough, I got a refund on this as well.

This company is the worst. Please do not use them!

Funeral flowers not delivered

I ordered a red, white, and blue arrangement for my father's funeral and veteran's ceremony at the gravesite. They were scheduled for delivery on a Friday, the day before the services. At 9:18 p.m. on that date, I received an email stating, "Unfortunately we were unable to complete your delivery" and saying delivery would be made the following Monday "to ensure your gift arrives and the occasion is not missed." I immediately called the 800 number and impressed upon the representative the need to find another florist to have flowers delivered before 10 a.m., when the services were set to begin. No flowers arrived. Instead, at 9:04 a.m., I received an email saying, "We have been unsuccessful in locating a florist to complete delivery in time for the funeral services." This lack of service and compassion is inexcusable and added distress to our grief.

POM-TASTIC PASTEL BOUQUET

I sent the POM-TASTIC PASTEL BOUQUET to my grandmother, and it was Bomb-Tastic! I will say that I requested a refund. I gave 2 stars because the delivery was ok from UPS, although they were left at 3pm. The customer service, although I spoke to 3 reps and they were a little hard to understand, were willing to help. It is true that I was offered the 15% and 30% discount to allow the delivery, but the Google reviews and Trust Pilot deterred me from doing so.

Don't use this company

I ordered my flowers two days ahead of delivery date. Not only were my flowers not delivered that date but each time I called to find out what had happened, I was told the next day the flowers would be delivered and they were not delivered. On the third missed day, they promised to send my order to another florist to "process". At 2:30 PM on the fourth day, I asked if they were in fact going to deliver that day - to please check with the florist. I asked why they were not following up on the flowers being delivered on time - they had no answer but offered me a $10 credit which means nothing if your flowers were supposed to be delivered on a birthday 4 days ago. It means more to me that a business does what they say they are going to do than a credit - no matter how much. I gave them one star because at least they have live people answering the phone.

Do not believe their BS guarantee, they are the most unreliable florist I have ever used.

Ruined Valentines Day!

I ordered Valentines Day flowers a week ahead of time from this company and paid over $100 for the arrangement. THEY NEVER DELIVERED IT. I called at 5pm that day and waited on hold for 45 minutes to talk to a customer service representative in India. They initially offered me a 20% refund! I ended up settling for a 50% refund and they'd deliver them 1st thing the next day. THEY NEVER DELIVERED THAT ONE EITHER. I will never use this company again, even if they offer to pay me to let them deliver flowers to their CEO's funeral. Worst florist ever!

Ruined Valentines Day

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Placed order for flowers for my wife 4 days ahead of the 2/14/2022 date to make sure they would arrived. It's 2/15 and still no flowers. Can't reach customer service, and the order number will not populate on their website. Not only the worst experience I have had on Valentines Day, but ruined what I had planned for my wife. Buyer beware. This is the first time I have ever (in 35 years) not been able to deliver flowers to my love. As of this review, I am still waiting on a response either via email, phone call, or other.

These people regularly scam people out of their money. You will not get your product, if you do it is messed up and nothing like the picture on the website. They delivered one if two vases to the same address, they only felt like they needed to bring one. They guaranteed the other would be delivered, they lied. They claimed someone would contact me, they lied. These people are liars, scammers, and thieves. Do not fall for their legit looking website, this is not a legit business.

*EDIT* It arrived at 9 pm, not at 6pm like the email and website stated.

I understand valentines day is a difficult time for florists. However when I get a message that flowers were delivered and they weren't... I wait over an hour on customer service just to get nowhere. The customer service company can't reach the company. It's 2 hours after the delivery was scheduled. AND I paid over 20 dollars for fees, and faster delivery... I think of expect to get what I paid for.

Not a reliable company
