Bait and switch on prices

While their flowers are great, just like most of their competition, they play games on their prices by offering a certain discount and then cheating you out of it. I ordered from them 6 times and had problems 3 times, twice on the price and once where the flowers weren't delivered until 3 days late. I will never order from them again.

I made an order 2 days prior to delivery and even paid to expedite the order so it will arrive as in their description "before 12nn" and guess what? Even even put in the status that the product was already delivered at 11:34am and the worst is nothing has been delivered. All they say please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience the made. Hello! You claim you are a big company and for once its only flowers you are going to deliver two days after the order was placed. How hard it can be? You even lied to the status that it was been delivered! CERTIFIED AND LEGITIMATE SCAMMER! BEWARE PEOPLE.

I don't think you really care. The flowers industry is real simple... take an order and deliver it. Delivery times are a critical part of the process, whether it be for a birthday, anniversary, or a recent passing of a loved one. If the outsourcing company does not have the flowers to deliver, find another one that does have flowers to deliver and find competent people that understand a very simple procedure. Five year olds can understand this simple concept. Your company brand name has lost any future business from me. As a consultant to businesses I would recommend change of management or get out of the industry. Should deliver as promised and a full refund as well. This is not going to look good for online reviews and your business will drop significantly.

Zero stars. I have been ordering flowers for over 21 years for our company and was recently recommended FromYouFlowers. I even saw flowers that people I know received so I gave them a try for a 60th birthday and this is the first time in 21 years a delivery has not arrived. I feel terrible that my employee had to go home empty handed when this is a long standing tradition in our company. Customer Service cannot even update me on a status of the delivery. Avoid this company and save yourself the aggravation and disappointment.

I called to inquire about a discount because I was ordering flowers for all of the administrative staff in my office and you would have thought that I asked the customer service person to pay out of his own pocket the way he was rude and condescending to me when I asked if there were any discounts or promotions that I could take advantage of. They need to better train the people that answer their phones because they missed out on a very large sale due to the nasty attitude of their customer service representative.

The day of the funeral, I received an email that said Regrettalby we cant find a florist to make your flowers.
2 hours before the funeral they let me know. It was so hard on me emotionally. Don't use this company if you want flowers. JOY

My mom passed away and I ordered flowers for siblings and the hospice nurse as well as a bouquet for my own home. What showed up was pathetic, less than pathetic. I checked with my other siblings and the nurse, and the very small displays they received were nothing like what I had ordered or paid for. So in the middle of grieving and dealing with all the other stuff which occurs after someone passes, I had to get on the web and via Paypal, fight to get my money back. Beyond embarrassing, and a further check (which I didn't take time to do the first time), shows positive reviews which must be fake. ForYouFlowers publishes a picture, and the florist has to make it work for a reduced price. Instead, they fulfill the order based on their bottom line markups, and you get whatever gives them their cut. I can't imagine that this would be a working business formula for a florist, when ForYouFlowers promises amazing bouquets which should cost more than what they state so they look great in comparison to real online florists.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a flower company in my entire existence. I ordered flowers for my mother-in-law because her sister had just passed away, and this company dared to send me a confirmation email stating the flowers were delivered when they weren't. I gave this company 24 hours to get back to me, and mind you; I had requested same-day delivery and nothing. I had to initiate contact with them around noon the next day to follow up, and their response was, "sometimes this happens." Completely unacceptable! I then asked to be transferred to a manager, and the next thing I knew, I heard a dial tone. I call back and talk with another rep and tell them I don't appreciate being hung up on, and they say that because I asked to speak with a manager, I must've gotten hung up on. I could not believe what I heard on the other side of the phone. Just unbelievable. This was the worst customer service I had ever received from a company. I will never, ever, ever do business with this company ever again. This will be THE last time!

Very unreliable company!

I ordered birthday flowers on Saturday to be delivered on Sunday in NYC. It is now end of the day on Monday and the flowers are nowhere to be found! They offered 10% discount for the inconvenience. It's insulting! I don't care about any discounts. All I care about is that the birthday girl never got her flowers on her special day. Stay away from this comany!

Ordered from "from you flowers"
Paid extra money towards the expedited delivery to be delivered within 4 hours.

Never showed up, at 5.5 hours, I called and told them if it wasn't there in the next hour to just cancel all together and refund me as the recipient was not going to be around.
They tried to force me take partial refund and it would be delivered tomorrow. Which absolutely was not going to work.

The fact that I had to follow up on their 4 hour guarantee at 5.5 hours tells me they don't give a $#*!.
The fact that it still hadn't been delivered at 6.5 hours and not receiving a call or anything from them. Really tells me they don't care.

I ordered 2 dozen rose for our Anniversary that came in a box. The flowers were so much of a disappointment. They looked old and NOT fresh. See pics. I would stay with a local flower shop next time.

Horrible experience. Ordered a expensive arrangement for my elderly Aunt and they were delivered with most of the flowers already dead. They would not re-send a fresh bouquet. Gave me 20% back. Still had to order new flowers from somewhere else. Will never use them again.

I ordered flowers on Wednesday to congratulate my daughter on a big milestone. Because it was important for it to be "in the moment," I paid extra for a same day delivery fee. The flowers were never delivered. I received no notification that there was a problem, which I could have then found an alternative for, until that evening when I saw an email refunding the same day delivery charge.

I of course expected the flowers to be delivered first thing the next day, however by 6:30pm they still had not been delivered. When I telephoned, I was told they would be delivered Friday morning. It was explained that the florist the order initially went to could not deliver the order that day. By the time From You Flowers notified a new florist, it was too late to deliver that day.

To be honest, it was hard to get a straight story from the customer service rep or the snotty manager I was referred to. I was "allowed" to cancelled the order and got a refund with no offer to make good on my order. I was basically left, after three days, as if I had never placed an order. I find this customer service to be atrocious. In the category of "you had one job," I consider the company to be a failure. Why would anyone use it?

I wish I had checked the reviews. The only good ones on the website are from 3 years ago. Independent site reviews within the past year or so are terrible. A clear indication of the level of service.

The worst flowers ever. My wife got the flowers at her office on Thursday February 10 about 3:00 PM. The next morning when she arrived at her office the flowers were prematurely wilted at the neck. Either old flowers, air trapped in stem, immature roses or flowers were dry too long. Terrible experience. Ordered a"Love to the Moon and Back' vase and got just a plain glass vase with a decal that my wife was supposed to paste on the vase. How unprofessional. Emailed customer service and explained and they didn't even answered me back. Do not order from this company as they have no concept of professionalism, customer service courtesy and any other good qualities needed to perform a satisfying service. I imagine they are just in for the money.

Worst ever

I ordered flowers for my moms birthday. I put no substitute and they sent me a e mail that they substituted my arrangement. I raised cane with them about that. They said they would refund 50% of my order. Then I get a voice mail that said they had delivered my order. I called my mom to see if that was so and it was not. I called the support and they said that they were waiting to deliver it because they had to substitute my arrangement. I told they that it is after7:00 pm if it is not delivered then refund all my money and cancel the order. I would not order flowers from these people even if they were paying you to take them. This has now messed up my mothers birthday. Thanks

I ordered a birthday arrangement for a friend for next day that cost me $69. Got an email that it was delivered that morning and was not! Called and they had to do an investigation/24 hours. Got another email that it was delivered ( date and time of delivery in the email a time of before I even placed the order). Still not delivered. Called and demanded refund because missed birthday. They said they will refund but we will see please don't order from here.

Ordered flowers for my mother in law who just started her battle with breast cancer. The flowers she received are NOTHING like what was pictured. The vase was different, the flowers were different and some were already whilting the same day they were delivered. I intended to call them the next day but it completely slipped my mind. I realized this morning that I had forgotten so I called and they tried to give me a gift card for $60 (less than the original price we paid) and said that since it was passed ten days since they were delivered that's all they could do, currently. It's been 12 days since I ordered and as I stated before, my mother in law has breast cancer. I'm also a stay at home mom who works from home. We've had a lot going on as a family and it slipped my mind. I'll never use this company again. The first picture is what we thought we were getting, the following pictures are what we got.
