I am currently with Morgan and Morgan and I don't feel like I'm being represented in the least bit. I contacted them about my case the day after my accident and my case manager is Philip Levesque. He has called me once and the rest have been in emails. I've been very punctual about my responses. I've had to be the one to ask if he needed certain things for the case and asked for any details because otherwise I'd be more in the dark about my situation than I am in now, which is still pretty dark. I've had to make the effort to find out and call the companies involved. It's been nearly two months and I haven't even received but bare minimum of anything. I don't have a rental car for my car having been demolished. My search for a job has become even more difficult and hindered. If it weren't for me having a good support system, I'd be homeless by now because of my lack of being able to work. Morgan and Morgan is not a firm I would ever consider help from again. I suggest you not waste your time! Because now I have and I'm going elsewhere with people who will be on point with help.

I contacted them about a workplace injury and instead of taking case, they referred me to another firm, and they referred me to a third. No one ever called me back, so I reached out and told them to remove my contacts from their data base. Totally unprofessional. Their commercials are all smoke and mirrors

This is Friday 12/4/20 and I have been waiting for 15 business days for them to cut my check, next week will start another week. The case is settled, I have signed all necessary papers, my funds have been released by the insurance company and I was promised a check to be pick up, as I requested, in 10 days. This has been going on since before thanksgiving. I have been calling, now Miss Hill doesn't even answer the phone. She knows that I am severely negatively affected due to COVID19 circumstances, because I explained everything to her and expressed the dire need of my funds. She knows how badly I need my money. I wish they would... PLEASE CUT MY CHECK... so that I can pick it up! I have been lied to and I am feeling highly betrayed by this company... no respect at all... no sympathy... nothing that supports their motto of, "... For the people..." at all! PLEASE CUT MY CHECK!

Yall took my case on nov 6 2020 and assigned me to kelly Masino i called yesterday to see why haven't i started my therapy only for keely to rudely say she dont know if my attorney will take the case. I have never heard of a lawfirm excepting a case and 5days later they still dont know if they will take the case after i have refused to speak with other attorneys. Im still waiting to see if they will take my case after they confirmed they took my case. I rate them a 0

Morgan and morgan is not who they say they are I tried to use them 2 different times they took my information and never got back to me. The first case I end up winning with other representation and the second im going to go to the end no matter what lawyer's tell me. I believe they only take cases that easy to prove with alot of money and discrimination cases take time and energy. The little speech recording he gives when you call is not a representation of this law firm or it got to big and forgot about the little people.

In July of 2019 I had a defective product that caused me to loose my left hand mr Weber took the case heck they even came from Florida I reside in New Jersey I was happy that I thought a real attorney is gonna defend my case unfortunately a year and some months has passed and mr Weber has lied about speaking to manufacturesers distributors and any affiliate that pertain to my case he has lied lied he never contacted me in 1 year and some months If I spoke to him more than twice that was too much. I will file a le suit against mr Weber through the United States Supreme Court for attorney misrepresentation! In my case This I will not let go until he looses his practice as An attorney

Been 1 yr. Nothing settled. Lawyer is more concerned about other people in accident and not about their clients. No bills paid and bills going into collections. Have done nothing but put their expenses in the billing. It got there first,,,, My husband is still in pain from the accident that was not his fault, The doctors they recommended only put him in more pain. Stay away from this lawyer. Advertises local lawyers and first lawyer that called said she was from Florida...

I hired morgan & morgan to deal with my eqafax data breach case they at first said that they have accepted my case and that i had a case. All lies i found out several years and months later when i called to check on the case i have been told that i have no case i am sorry but this law firm is so stupid and for the birds they never e-mailed me or called me or wrote to me by post mail telling me that my case was never accepted shame on you mr. Morgan! And all it's affiliated people i would never ever use your stupid law firm for as long as i live that's for sure and people be warned! This law firm is no good!
