If I could give a zero rating I would! We called the day of our accident to get help and it took a month before hearing from anyone. Mr. Lieb the lawyer, and Ms. Chamberlain the case manager are very unprofessional and rude when we tried calling with questions, concerns or updates about our case. They never return phone calls or emails and when one of them do it's "well I spoke to your wife" then hangs up. Never once listening to us as people. We are supposed to be seeing a chiropractor and other specialists but can not find out anything.
Then this morning being disgusted with the poor service and letting them know that we were looking to find another attorney if they weren't wanting to take care of us, we get the message that our case was suddenly closed.
Now our question becomes, do we keep all these appointments they scheduled or not?
MR. MORGAN; this is how attorneys and case managers using your good name are treating clients, like they are nothing but dollar signs and their issues are non-existent nor important.
DO NOT USE or have these two people handle any case you have! Find another law firm if this is how Morgan and Morgan lets the lawyers treat the clientele!

I give them a 1 star because I can give them zero. I was injured at a las Vegas hotel. I reach out to Morgan and Morgan they said they would take my case. I signed a legal contract with them. My case has been passed threw three lawyers in three months. The first attorney did not reach out to me. The second attorney supposedly contacted a local expert to perform a friction test. Then the third attorney reaches out to me and say he just got my case three months later. That he feels it will be very difficult to prove my case and that there going to have to turn down my case. EXTREMELY
UNPROFESSIONAL! Supposedly there neveda office just opened up three months ago. I do not believe that is true. There advertisement say they fight for you. That's definitely not true. I would highly recommend you not waste your time and energy with this law firm. They are all talk they talk a good game. All talk no action. VERY DISSAPPOINTED WITH MORGAN AND MORGAN.

I have been dealing with this firm for a few years. I was bounced from attorney to attorney with a total of 4. This was one of the worst mistakes of my life! After having surgery and tons of medical bills they decided to drop my case 3 weeks before my final deposition. The supervisor over the last attorney contacted me saying the previous attorney which was the first attorney moved to a different department, which was a lie he as well as the second attorney went to different law firms. The last attorney I was bounced to didn't want to take my case because they was overwhelmed, she told me my case was given to them along with over 50 others. Between all of the attorneys and the years this case has been going I only spoke with them no more than 20 times. All of the prior attorneys have gone to different firms. It's extremely hard to find another attorney this late in the case. How can someone with any conscience leave a client in such a horrible situation. How is this "For The People"?

My slip & fall case has been a NIGHTMARE, It happened back in October of 2021, l have lost EVERYTHING! I am HOMELESS & have no insurance to see a dr. My lawyer Christopher Conley l'm sure does the best that he can, as of his caseload is numerous, but l need HELP! & there is no 1 that will, my medical bills were over a half million dollars, which already has been paid, yet l sit here homeless, with no where to go, & without even a # that we could settle on, there is NO DOUBT that the store l slipped & fell at is at fault, as there was some type of liquid on the floor, l did major damage to my back had rods & screws inserted, 2 nerves fused, l need to be compensated, so l don't have to live in the woods anymore, & l can see a dr. as my condition now is not good, l think over 2 years is sufficient timeline for a case they say will more than likely go to trial, but if it does, then l believe l should already been set a trial date? But l am clueless, l really wish someone, ANYONE at Morgan & Morgan would HELP ME to get a place to go, until l do get a settlement, l know my case is not that important like big cases are, but l have lost my whole life here & it is really hard to live like l have with no $ for over 2 years, but other then this, l know Morgan & Morgan really cares about people, they just get stretched thin l think on getting your case settled & the client suffers as of no income coming in as of the injury.

I am being victimized and illegally stalking by the the onsite park manager diocela Cruz family at space 11 and illegally terorrizing and my mobile home is illegally being vandalize and my home site is being vandalize by the onsite park manager family at space 11 and the Petaluma police department is illegally allowing this because diocela Cruz and her family and friends are friends to the Petaluma police department and the Petaluma police department said that they can illegally break all the laws

I believed the commercial and was happy that they immediately started work on my case, even though it was a small, unimportant slip and fall. All I want is for the business that was negligent to pay my medical. I didn't even care if I got a settlement. After a bunch of rigamorole, investigation, numerous, emails, texts, all sorts of follow up that led me to believe I was going to have someone fight for me, some lady left an unintelligible vm stating they dropped me. She said they reviewed it and decided no. I'm guessing that it was too difficult for too little payout. This definitely is not a firm that will take your small unimportant case imho.

I filed an SSDI application and it has now been at the reconsideration stage since March 2023. The process is stressful enough to deal with the SSA. To have the paralegal I am assuming reach out after you emailed them 2 weeks ago. Not too comforting. Financially, I am struggling and have not worked since January 2020. Morgan & Morgan from my observation is not living up to what they advertise in their commercials from what I am seeing and experiencing. I have not once spoken to the lawyer representing my case. It makes you wish you had gone with a local firm in your city. So far, I am not seeing what is advertised.

Called five times they never return my call too big now to take care of the little people all they want is the big cases and forget us little guys now it's not for the people anymore for the money

I called to see about a wrongful death on behalf of my beautiful daughter and because I was not going after a hospital or big hot shot business I was shut down ammediatly. Didn't even get a chance to explain the people that killed my daughter live in a 1.2 million dollar home comfy as possible while I suffer from ptsd now from walking in and finding my daughter. They cared less to even hear me out to know that states attorney now have my babies case and I wanted all parties involved to pay for their mistakes. So when Morgan and Morgan state they don't only handle small cases I disagree full heartedly..

M & M contracted my case, assured me I had a case then transferred it to another attorney that dropped my case, citing a wrong reason, leaving me out in the middle of nowhere without representation. It will be very difficult to get another attorney now. John Morrgan says "trust us" & "for the people" but don't make the same mistake I did & "trust them". Morgan & Morgan (John Morgan) has really damaged me! TRUST?!

They put out ads that they are for the people, they have ads that they assist with wrongful termination. They say they are there for the people that matter, well I guess I'm not one of them because. I was wrongfully terminated from my job for reporting manager of stealing. And other things. But Morgan and Morgan stated they can not help me with my matter. Why, I don't know. But I'm back to to drawing board to see who really is for the hard working people.

I fell and hurt my shoulder, the doctor I had miss diagnosed my shoulder, I called Morgan and Morgan, they assigned me a lawyer. This lawyer did not do anything but send a letter and they denied her, She then called me this and told me my case was only worth 10k at the most and dropped me. Turns out after surgery my rotator cuff was cut 90% my bicep muscle was held on by 2 mil of tendon. And it's worth more than 10k. Morgan and Morgan are just any lawyer than signs up with them and shares the wealth. So if you were in a car accident any lawyer can handel that, but anything else then do not call Morgan and Morgan.

Me and my wife were in a car accident while sitting at a stop sign. We hired Morgan and Morgan to represent us in the case. They took our info and never reached back out. We had to call nearly a year later to find out any information regarding the case. Come to find out they settled our case without us knowing. Once the issues was found out they called with another lawyer explaining and making apologies for bad services. We were suppose to be paid from the insurance agency directly. I made a call to the insurance company a week later to only find out they never made the call. What's so disappointing is if you listen to the advertisement me and my wife situation was the reason he started the firm. Yet the same thing happened to us. I would never recommend them to anyone. They are the worst! Sorry for any typos but this situation has me highly upset!

This has been by far the worst law firm I have ever used in my life, hard to get call backs, and still haven't received any of my settlement and the case was settled in June and it's august. Not to mention the attitudes that the principal Attorney and the other person that handles the case was. They acted as if I work for them, I'm just ready for this all to be over and I definitely won't contact again!

Our son is on the autistic spectrum, but the fact that your law office treated him like the very very special man he is to us. It was very special to experience. He has had many bad experiences in his his life and your law office treated him as if he was the only client you had. My heart fills with thankfulness because over the years, although he is very special to us, his "non confrontational" manner allowed many that he came in contact with to treat him with little respect and to take advantage of him. I am not at all sure how he will take my writing to you but my heart fills up with thankfulness when I think about how your law firm treated him. Thank you very much and every time I see your commercials, it nearly brings tears to my eyes. Thank you again, "FOR MY SON" like your commercial says "FOR THE PEOPLE"

I lost my wife to pancreatic cancer. She was misdiagnosed over a several months period due to lack of tests. This caused things to progress to a point where she only lasted a few months with the best car due to the progression.
I only called 1 Lawyer who I thought for the people.
The people I talked to were very attentive and professional. However they declined my case.
I understand who they use a formula in settlements ages, children etc This was never a big bucks case, It was a case that would require a lot of time and resources. However for me I am strange, I do not care about dollars, I care about principle.
They need to care about the dollars needed to keep their thing in motion. I do understand but am very dissapointed.
I thought they were better than that. They did offer to get me a list of other lawyers which might be interested. They of course would not have the name or resources I wanted.
I have given up on justice and will not chase the ambulance chacers

Russ Artille from Morgan and Morgan is horrible. He is not for the people, he is for his pockets! He is a thief and a liar. He was my lawyer and although I settled for almost 2 million, he lied about so many things. He made a horrible situation so much more painful.
