Shoddy lack of respect

I filled out their form and immediately got a call from Round 1 man, who "screened" me and sent me to a Round 2 female, both with thick hispanic accents, who was rude, interrupted, and disrespectful. Someone called me back the next day, after I told them to forget it They are like dealing with a tacky off-shore call center. Headquartered in Florida, meaning they have no professional regulations or consumer protections to answer to.

Morgan and Morgan seems to have turned into ambulance chasers. I tried to get help for my brother who was thrown out of his residence when he was taken to the hospital. Without any eviction process they went into the residence, put all of his belongings into his vehicle and changed the locks. It's ironic that John Morgan brags that he became a lawyer because of the way his brother was treated, yet his company refuses to help real people in similar situations. All they do now is apologize, so sincerely, that this has happened and they can't help you. They continue to refer you to a bar association list.

Thank you Morgan & Morgan for helping me. I was hit by a driver who did not have insurance. My car was totaled. I called Morgan & Morgan to help me. Mrs. Renee from Pensacola, Florida stepped and handled my case. She was so nice, kind, and she answered all of my phone calls. I don't know what I would have done without her! She was amazing. I called M&M and got an inexperienced person reading from a generic Q-card, for 30 minutes then could not explain because he was not a lawyer and you could not explain it with him understanding situation. So I'm just a Nobody is just B.S. So hope this helps more than I got. Signed Just A Nobody.

Warning do not use

After 2 years of them telling me don't go to the doctor don't take more pictures don't do anything else we've got all we need. I get a call telling me they're going to drop me after having me to go to the doctor racking up over $******* bill 1 time at first. I got my bill it was less then $2000 now they're telling me that it's $*******. Didn't know that a settlement was in play and they're coming up with EXSPENSES that wasn't there just to line their pockets. They're crooks. Do your research before you decide. Was told I'm getting nothing and ill still owe over $5000
Wasted 2 years of them doing nothing. The guy called literally called me a liar to my face. Literally. I told him what all I was told and he literally called me a lair. They play off that their lawyers when in fact their damage control. If you're not trying to get millions then they don't want anything to do with you. I just hope this helps someone before it's too late. I can't put everything in one little paragraph that's happened in 2 years but just please get what I'm saying this is happening just read reviews

I got injured on the job Sep 2022 and the smartest thing I did was call John Morgans team. You can call them and not leave your house and they handle all the hard stuff you just wait for them to reach out to you and let you know the progress of your case.They are going to do what's best for you.My lawyer Henry Mowry is handling my comp case and he treats me as if I'm part of his family! Thank you John Morgan for putting the right people in the right places to help make me whole again... I feel bad because they are working so hard on my case and I'm just doing Physical Therapy and getting better and not worried at all because I have the Micheal Jordan of lawyers on my team! I needed help
June 9, 2023

I was hurt at my workplace and the Worker's Comp insurance agency left me with a huge hospital bill they refused to pay. I felt I had no choice but to seek legal help. I had seen many advertisements for Morgan & Morgan so I contacted them by email. Immediately, I was responded to and advised that they could take my case after a few simple questions. All my needs were met and much more. I did not owe any medical bills and received a nice settlement all due to the hard work of my attorney and staff at Morgan & Morgan.

I was told they could not help me. I have a broken femur and dislocated hip because I was told to start taking Fosomax instead of Prolia. This was because of the insurance company. My surgron told me my break is a result of taking Fodomax. Surely there is a case! Not for this little insignificant person!

I rated Morgan & Morgan at 1 star because that is as low as I could. I hired them on a workman's comp case where I was injured at work as a truck driver. My case was initially denied and I talked to them and their atty. And all the atty. Did was file a motion of representation and in a matter of 8 months I only spoke to him 2 times and never could get ahold of him regardless of how many messages or emails I sent him wanting an update. The reason I never could get ahold of him for an update is because he never was working on my case. He kept dragging his feet while I'm at home for months injured and not drawing any wages.
My employer cut off my insurance and as of this day I'm guessing they terminated me for getting hurt and filing a workman's comp. Claim and as my atty. On record the firm Morgan & Morgan not only did nothing for me but lied saying they were working on my case and cost me valuable time because the longer my injury isn't treated the less of the chance of a full or better recovery.
So as far as I'm concerned they aren't "For the People"!
Everything I've written here I can back up with all my phone records and emails that I have kept because as far as I'm concerned Morgan & Morgan has hurt me as much as the insurance company who denied my case.
For the record I now have a real atty. Working on my case now. Even a representative for the state that called me said they believed my case should of been treated with better care and that my injury should of never been denied from the beginning.

Hired Morgan and Morgan as a lawyer to fight a disability denial. Halfway through the claim they switched lawyers' on me the first one was great and helpful, the second one was a total clown. He didn't communicate without me sending multiple emails almost having to get nasty with him. He didn't even know that my case had been denied 5 days after I did I sent multiple emails without a response until I got nasty and said we were through and still thinks my case is pending. Wasted valuable time I needed to win my case and now I'm going to loose my home because of his ignorance saying that he was training other employees this week and wasn't around to look at my case. Worst experience I have ever had. Now I have to waste more time finding another law firm to take my case and explain everything over again.

I got hurt at a gas station at no fault of my own. Yes I contacted Morgan And Morgan and then a nice gentleman spoke with me and told me they would be an attorney and a case manager contacting me shortly in about three weeks after that I received a letter in the mail, wanting me to sign giving them permission for my medical records a week later, I still had not heard from anyone I was supposed to, so I contacted Morgan And Morgan And left a message for my case manager then I received a call from either the attorney or someone that said that they would not be taking my case 30 days later, and when I questioned that because the film everything would be recorded over everything would be gone after 30 days, there would be no more evidence. He informed me that they had already sent a letter of intent to Sue when they sent me the letters about Permission to get my medical records. I don't now I'm having issues trying to talk to the insurance of the other company because they think I'm being represented by Morgan And Morgan. They did nothing but waste my time and hurt my case and now I have sent letters and missed left messages for them to send me a letter saying that I am not working with them just so that the other insurance company will talk to me but they will not return any of my calls or my emails and I don't know why they would send a letter to the other company if they had not agreed to take my case, which I was under the assumption that they already did, and when he was saying that they don't, they when I asked him why he didn't know, but I said you never even contacted me to ask me anything But no information to go on. They are not for the people they are for the money. Don't care about the little people anymore. Just save yourself a heartache and call a smaller firm.
