Terrible law firm. They do not care about their clients. The lawyer I had lied to me about my case. Did not fight for me. Bullied me into settling when I did not want to. She also refused to allow me to see recommended surgeons I needed to see for proper medical care. I am disabled for life and left in severe pain. My lawyer did not care at all. She even was joking with the opposing lawyer and having fun with him during each meeting. This law firm also screwed over my brother. If you value youself, go elsewhere for representation.
I walked into their offices in Alpharetta, and was told that they specialized and slip and fall. She did give me a telephone number to call to speak with someone about my case. I called the number and someone who I could barely understand told me they couldn't help me but they would transfer me to someone who could. I hung on the phone for about 10 minutes and then someone hung up the phone. My issue is with an insurance company and disability insurance. I caller the number on their website, and after explaining my situation for the third time I was given yet another number. When I called that number and explained my situation for the fourth time, I was told they handle Social Security disability, and could not help me. She gave me another number and when I reached Someone there they told me to go online and fill out the questions there. I went online, answered all the multiple-choice questions until it came to the question that asked me to explain why I needed them. I started typing in my situation yet again, and when I got to the 75th character, that's as far as I could go. In other words, if you can't explain your circumstance, in less than three lines they can't help you. I started to give up, but thought I would try one more time because I really need help. I finally spoke to someone who asked me many of the same questions as the online. Every time I tried to give any kind of detail, she said she couldn't put that down just to answer the questions after answering the simplest of questions with no detail at all she said she would submit that and see if they could help me. About three hours later I got a call saying they could not help me. When I asked why she was clueless. Based on the questions I was asked and the answers I gave. I can't understand how any attorney could make a determination of whether or not I had a case. I asked if I could speak with someone who could tell me why so maybe further information might help their determination and I was given yet another telephone number. Complete waste of time.
By the way, even less review, ask for my order number and proof of purchase, these people do not know what they're doing
Well as of now been 8 or little after years since I got hurt destroyed cause my accident put me down with just one good hand no # tree work power line clearing I'm a tree trimmer one that can do the rigging to be good n safe. But got hurt horrific mangled left hand abused by a bull rope breaking under pressure n it caught my hand pushed three fingers inside my hand everything shattered n crushed hard to explain ambulance dr.asked if it got caught in a chipper I said no it was a bull rope breaking under pressure they said it was hard imagine a rope doing that. Never did lose consciousness but after all that. They come out see yea big wigs I said here they took out it n said no worries we got this we are going take care of you. Working for W.A Kendall out of Georgia after starving a year went in court thought they was going arrest me instead of taking care of me they hung me destroyed my life they did n that was that these people are evil or sumpin. These people I could say Owe me at least 750'000 way I see it better not fall for their glitter they have no backbone. Would like for one of them cowards see n like to make ammends
They use to be a great law firm. I use them in the past and was very satisfied. Now they are just ambulance chasers.
I communicate with Morgan and Morgan and I told them that I was using the astro gell. I stopped icing it in April of 2023 and here with months later, my hair continues falling after I stop using the product 11 months ago. Morgan and morgan stated that I don't have a case and that my case is not worth anything.

They pass your case from lawyer to lawyer within the firm so they are all getting a piece of the pie and then they pump up the medical prices and use others company's they are affiliated to, add them to the case, so they can ALSO get a pie of the pie leaving the injured person with barely any money to receive. ABSOLUTE bunch of fraudster I pray God deals with them.
I recently tired 2 retain Morgan for my ssi claim I have been physically disabled for my whole life was needing help trying to get back on it denied by sii Morgan and Morgan said no. So maybe there only in on it for the money 💰
I am very disappointed with Morgan and Morgan that supposed to be for the people. I called about a worker's compensation case that I have gave many many details over the phone and was told someone would call me and let me know if they could handle the case or not. I get a phone call stating they just can't handle the case at this time no reason no explanation why no referral to a different attorney. This is why companies get away with not carrying workers compensation because they have no consequences when things happen. I have no job because I got injured I have no income I can't get workers compensation cuz he had no coverage I get no unemployment benefits. I was hurt thank goodness I am fine now. But very unhappy with not having an explanation given to me as to why they can't take the case.
I called Morgan and Morgan law firm after I slipped and fell in the handicap bathroom in my hotel room because there are no grab bars. I was drawn to M&M because I am disabled with multiple conditions and have limited mobility. I thought with all the advertising using his disabled brother that Morgan and Morgan would be the place to understand my disabilities and have resources that cater to those with disabilities. Apparently not.
In reality, my experience was anything but pleasant.
From the first call, I repeatedly told their intake everything about all of my health conditions and limitations. I was assured by multiple people from Morgan and Morgan that my special needs, including home visits since I am homebound, would be no problem. And if not home visits, then definitely specialty transportation for my oversize wheelchair and a Doctor equipped to treat me while working with my disabilities.
Apparently, I was lied to just so I would sign.
M&M sent me to a Dr office(no transportation, had to figure it out myself) who ended up refusing to fully treat me due to my conditions. Dr said he didn't want me to break the Dr office equipment. That Dr wouldn't even order more x-rays because "it wouldn't show anything anyway though all the fat" as it's "been too long already". The Dr didn't want to order the x-rays from the hospital as they are "low-grade and never show much" anyway.
Again and again, I begged and begged M&M though every communication channel to resolve this. Morgan and Morgan bounced me around to multiple attorneys within their firm for months.
Finally, many months later Morgan and Morgan determined I had insufficient injury and wanted to file for dismissal of my case.
That's it. Nothing else.
So, my suffering increased and there's nothing to be done about it. No other attorney will touch it now. I was humiliated when refused care due to my conditions.
Apologies abound. Whoopee, I mean as long as they apologized, right?
Now I get to deal with the ambulance and hospital bills, etc.
All they had to do was say up front that they didn't have the resources I needed. They didn't have to string me along.
PSA: Apparently, per M&M, Florida does not require grab bars in hotel bathrooms.
I hired Morgan and Morgan as my attorney to represent me on Ozempic mass tort claim.

My medical Information was stolen due to a hack and I wanted to speak with someone about taking legal action. I called twice and was hung up on both times. I was very respectful and went above and beyond to provide as much information as I could. I asked the lawyer if she would like me to send a copy of the letter I received and she hung up.

Worse law firm you could ever hire. They will promise you the world and deliver nothing but lies. That sales pitch about how I will fight for you and give you medical care and so on. LIES. I was in a major car accident with catastrophic injuries as they stated they convinced me to change from my current lawyer to them cause morgan morgan is so much better. LIES LIES LIES. THEY DENIED M me medical treatment that they promised I would get. Not one doctor appointment they made just excuses after excuses. 1 year has passed buy my health from the accident gets worse and worse and not 1 single doctor appointment was ever made not 1. So if u you want be lied to and taken advantage of and feel like you worthless and alow tou body to be destroyed and in pain 24/7 do to know medical help. Then there for you. DIDN'T DO ANY WORK ON MY CASE... NEVER SENT ME ANYTHING UNTIL I STARTED DEMANDING ANSWERS. SO OVER THEM. WILL NOT RECOMMEND MORGAN & MORGAN TO ANYONE FOR ANYTHING. I was involved in an accident on 10/3/2023 the guy who hit me ran a red light unfortunately in my state the police only do a report if someone was hurt at the time I didn't feel anything until the next day. Morgan & Morgan took my case on 10/12/2023 case was going well at first once I heard my case was going ligation because the guy had 100K policy that's when the problems started. My case manager was off the case and kept giving me new people. The communication stopped for over a month I called several times emailed them and nothing until today 1/4/2024 I called in the morning trying to figure out what the hell is going on with this case. I got off the phone emailed the legal assistant and about an hr later out a phone call says they won't be taking my case. A big waste of time. No im trying to figure out what I need to do I been paying rental car fee's since Nov 2. I will never recommend anyone to go to this terrible company. They never even gave me an explanation on why they didn't want to take the case.

We were hit by a hot and run driver, got it on video and the guys license plate. The guy driving was not the registered owner, the guy driving didn't have insurance but the registered owner did. For some reason they didn't want to go after the registered owner even though he was liable! Do not recommend

Getting them was the biggest mistake ever! We had permanent injuries from our wreck and they did not care! They are terrible! The insurance company paid them off! They do not care about people, they only care about getting money!
Me and my daughter was treated so bad I wanted to cry but I knew God knows bets if you have a SA, or a premises liability case this is not the lawfirm for you, they took my case then months later got in contact with the attorney generals office allowed them lie and state that my child already had a forensic interview which was false they didnt even try to verify and called to let me know they can no longer take my case luckily i spoke with the attorney general they were able to actually set me up an interview and i was also able to find a great attorney that deals with high profile cases so many families are suffering due to this case and they treated us so bad were already hurting im so thankful that it turned out this way :) I found a better office to handle this please find you another attorney they dont give a damn about you if you have an accident use them better yet search action johnson, especially Goodlaw they are great with vehicle accidents I love themo anything else premise liablility assult anything else find someone else i usually dont do reviews but i know how much i rely on them i felt like it was my due diligence to do so this time hope this helps get you a lawfirm that cares!

This law firm is completely horrible my wife case has been through three different lawyers in this firm and still they keep telling her that they are waiting for a response from the insurance adjuster it's been six months since her accident and no one ever calls her she has done all of the calling and still no progress, I had better results with my accident case without a lawyer.

Worst firm to work with! You need to keep contacting them and when they do contact you charge you for long distance calls, and printing fees unreal. When you ask for explanation you get crickets. They get a huge chunk of your settlement and than hit you with 100's of dollars in fees. Never will go with them they are very crooked!
