I rode the bike the next day I received it. There's a lot of dragged in it's performance. I ride 10 miles and took it in a bike shop. I was informed that the front rotor is somewhat warped. Paid $15.00 but unable to fix it properly. Need a new front rotor immediately. E-mailed FLX on that day. 2 days pass no proper response received for a replacement..
My display was cracked, scratched, and unreadable. I ordered a new one and it was extremely simple to install. Took out the old one and popped in the new one. Easy Peasy.

The original babymaker is a really nice bike, and the pandemic made it challenging for FLX to commit to delivery dates. However, the FLX support is really, really bad. My bike wouldn't charge, and I am waiting now for five business days for an answer to the support ticket and guidance on next steps.

The only glitch was that Fedex required a signature. That meant I would have had to stay home all day waiting for delivery. That was not possible, so after second attempt I had to drive 74 miles to pick the bike up at the nearest Fedex store. Also, I ordered the 23" touring package. Somehow confusion occurred at FLX and they were going to ship a 19" touring package that was out of stock/backordered. Fortunately I called to verify the order due to the Fedex signature issue. A kind FLX rep cleared up the confusion and sent the 23" touring package that was in stock. That caused a week's delay in the touring package arrival.
We purchased 2-Baby Makers early on in the campaign & we were very excited. Then got Ill & was unable to muster enough energy to put them together. My husband & son-in-law competed his first & everything was perfect. Mine we spent much more time with the cargo bike rack & then discovered the wrong size was sent. Yes, it was frustrating
I needed a 19" so I was able to go into the archives of my e-mails & find my original order. Can you believe I had to pay another $50.00 for the correct size to be shipped to me.
No credit & said in the e-mail I would be more then happy to send this wrong size that was sent to me back to you as an exchange.

The Babymaker II is pretty awesome. Lots of power on the bike. Customer Service was fine, but they definitely under estimate the time it will take to ship out. I wasn't in a hurry for my bike, but would have appreciated a more realistic time frame, as it was shipped about a month after the timeline that had been quoted. Overall, I am very happy with the bike.
Hi, I need someone to come back to me from customer service. I received my bike, but the right pedal did not thread properly in the crank arm. I need a new pedal and crank arm. Both are stripped. I will upgrade these cheap pedals. The pedels are for a kids bike not an adult bike.

As described, riding my babymaker is more fun. It's more fun than riding my nice cannondale road bike. It's more fun than walking. It's more fun than all my friends (who don't own ebikes). I had no idea I would find something as smooth and stealthy looking as I did. Riding bikes is a blast, again! Love it.

The LCD control failed. I was able to email the team and had a replacement component within 1 week.
I did quite a bit of research and decided on this bike because of design. Received it well packaged and in excellent shape. Installed and put together in about 30 minutes. I've only had a couple weeks but so far very pleased.

My rear light that was included in my Babymaker Touring Kit was defective. I sent photos and the next thing I knew I had a replacement. The support team was great! LOVE my bike, love FLX.
