Some problems shipping to Hawaii. Online order feature does not allow shipping to Hawaii. You have to call or contact "info" by email and have them create a special invoice or you to complete the order and ship to Hawaii.
Part was in stock and worked. Not an exact match to the original on my bike but it worked and had the proper connector. Wish there was installation instructions in the package or your website. Had to visit a competitors website to find installation video which worked.

It's a beautiful bike
It took about 10 minutes to put together.
I took it for the first spin. It moves!
The disk brakes are great as well. It's important when you are going fast that you have the ability to slow down and stop rapidly.
The thumb control is easy to adjust the level of assistance.
This is my first ebike. I don't think this will eliminate my opportunity for excersize on the bike, I think it will increase the number of opportunities I will have to use it.

Can't review on bike as since I ordered on 2/22/22 hoping to receive promotional price of $1,222, I haven't received a response with complete answers regarding wether company will honor promotional price shown on Google on 2/22/22--- as I was charged more ($1,321).

Placed order on Oct 20,2020, received tracking number, package never delivered. Inquired about order, was told the warehouse would send order out soon. Asked one more time, before they finally sent what I paid for.
Parts were not delivered. Quality of the bike is bad and not covered by warranty.
I have been waiting for more than a year and half now to received my Babymaker Pro ordered via the Indiegogo campaign and have still received nothing. A first delivery attempt, to the wrong person and address, screwed up the delivery process. Got no answer anymore from the support team, I am feeling very exhausted by the way this shipping issue is handled by FLX.
I waited 14 months for my bike, and now they release a newer version that can be shipped in a month. Just a major slap in the face to all the backers of the original.
The touring kit is absolutely worthless and does not fit. Avoid the bike, and the stupid addons.
The tires get punctured from basic road riding, literally had to replace the rear tire and throw it in the garbage after getting a flat on the rear, which makes the bike unrideable until you disassemble the rear wheel, which takes at least an hour for your first time.
The max speed is a total joke, they claimed 28 mph "assisted" which is actually the rider doing all the work to achieve this. The motor cuts at 21mph due to the unit limiting based on max cadence. Nothing but lies from FLX in this regard.
They also tried telling backers they wouldn't get the upgraded display even though it was promised, and then tried to gaslight all the backers by editing their website to add a disclaimer that didn't exist beforehand.
For what you actually get the bike isn't horrible but for 1,400 dollars you can do way better and get a real bike from a real brand.
Just a slimey cali bro throwing chinese crap at consumers and seeing what sticks. Avoid.
I had left 2 voice mail messages to the sales department and 2 emails to the customer services department over a week ago and no one has called me back yet.
I under FLX has a lot of inquires however they must accommodate and improve on their customer service request call back time rate.
Today my issue still remains unresolved.
After ordering my replacement keys online I didn't hear back with confirmation. After I emailed they told me the keys would be sent shortly and they arrived in about a week! Thank you.
My order never arrived. I followed up months later, was promised it's coming and it never came. I followed up again months later, they shipped one of the many things meant come in a touring package. They re-submit the order for the rest of the package to arrive (I got a random "thanks for your offer" confirmation email which must be when they re processed it) - if you're going to re-ship everything and I've communicated that I'm moving, wouldn't you confirm the address first? So I spent $30 of my own money to get the package to the correct address after it was finally delivered to the wrong place 7+ months after ordering
The tour packing is now $70 off online. I got ghosted when I asked if they would at least honor the updated retail price.
Bike battery dies too quickly. Slow, unhelpful customer service.
I placed an order and decided to cancel once I realized my order would not ship for 4-5 months. After seven days and several emails FLX did eventually respond to my request, and they cancelled my order and gave me a full refund. FYI you cannot contact FLX by phone. Their toll-free number has a voice greeting that prompts you to send in an email to create a ticket.

After a long wait for my touring package and frustrated by the lack of response. I made a comment during the "blog" and got immediate response and action. Within a week my Touring Package was shipped. Communicated via Facebook and finally a phone call and all interaction was very professional and to my complete satisfaction.

I am a original baby maker crowdfund owner so Ive been with FLX couple few years now. They were terrible customer service then and unfortunately still same story. I placed an order for a baby maker II first week offered to previous owners. I had questions and problems with my order and called and left messages and sent emails. I have never heard back from them. This was is February and its July now. They never responded to one message or email
