Hoping to keep this bike for a while, I bought an extra battery, charger and belt.
Some issues setting up. Front axle did not readily come out, luggage carrier did not align with bike frame. This company avows telephone support. They neither ever answer the phone nor call back. Had to resort to using sales rep who is excellent!

The bike is everything I hoped for, and worth the long wait. Perfect for my daily ride to work (20 km), but even more fun for longer rides. The bike very often get compliments for the nice design

Took the money for one product, never delivered, then stated ordered product was no longer available but informed me they would ship an "upgraded" bicycle that looks like a cheapened version of the original.
I purchased a BabyMaker bike from FLX in April 2020 with an estimated delivery of October 2020. The bike components were made and exported from China and were to be assembled in Spain where I live, giving me confidence of a swift turnaround. October came and went with little information of bike delivery. Weekly on-line video sessions with updates and Q&A sessions were instigated supposedly to keep purchasers informed and happy but seemed more of an opportunity to promote FLX by emphasising how happy people were who had received their bikes with very little positive information for those of us waiting for the receipt of our bikes.
I was informed that instead of my bike being sent to me direct from the Spanish assembly facility it would go to Rotterdam and then back to Spain. Then around the middle of 2021 FLX informed us that now the bikes would be sent to the UK from Rotterdam and than mine would come back to Spain for delivery to me. Because of this and that the UK was now outside the EU, the bikes now became liable for tax and import duty amounting for an extra €340 for me.
I received my bike in November 2021 and upon unpacking it I found that the front forks were damaged and unusable. I informed FLX of this quoting my order details and I duly received replacement forks but they were the wrong colour. Again I informed FLX who say they have ordered another pair of forks of the correct colour for me but I have heard nothing yet about their dispatch.
The bike is supposed to have a one year's warranty but I have asked about reimbursement of costs I would incur for the fitting of these forks but my query has not been answered.
I am totally disappointed and disgusted by FLX, their treatment of their customers, their inefficiencies, their customer support, their aftersales services and other facets of the company.
I certainly would never purchase any other items from FLX and definitely could never recommend them to anyone.
Some confusion on whether I wanted one or two Babymakers. Issue was cleared up quickly and efficiently.

Habe vor 19 Monaten ein Babymaker bestellt in Europa und bis heute Nichts erhalten.
FlX sperrt auf allen Seiten schlechte Kommentare und Blendet diese aus.
Es ist einfach nur ein großer unfahiger verlorener Haufen der nur ihr Geld will kaufen sie sich ein anständiges Fahrrad wo anders ein schrecklicher Umgang mit Kunden bei Problemen verschwindet flx und taucht ab und sperrt sie auf allen Seiten damit sie ja nicht kritisch über diesen schreckliche Firma berichten können.
Nie wieder FLX es war ein Riesen Fehler.
Bis heute nach 553 Tagen kein Fahrrad ständig neue ausreden kein Interesse an Bestandskunden die bereits bezahlt haben keine Lieferung nach 19 Monaten kein Fahrrad.
This company is TERRIBLE. AVOID THEM. There are plenty of great competitors now (Ride1Up, Story Bikes, etc). DO NOT PREORDER. YOU MAY NEVER GET A BIKE.

I ordered a Babymaker pro on August 3rd of 2021. I paid 1899, plus 199 for the touring package, $2098 total. In November 21, they told me they could not fulfil my order and my options were a different color Pro model or a standard model. They only had a bright pink pro model, so I switched to the standard. They then told me they would not refund the difference in price between the two, but rather I would get a two year warranty for the several hundred dollar difference. I said I did not want the standard unless they refunded me the difference. They said they would be in touch in a few months to give me other options. Instead, they randomly sent me a standard bike months later. Then, they made me pay to return it, which I did. They said they would send me a baby maker II, which I can now buy from their website for 1497. That is $402 less than I paid, and $601 if you count the touring package I have in my garage they would not let me return.
They have had the bike I returned for two months, and have said I would get my replacement back in several weeks. It's been months. I have asked for a refund and plan on spamming this review everywhere I can find until they do. Even if they send their bike, I don't want to ride it because of what a terrible experience I have had with their customer service. They have held my $2000 for over 8 months. I assume they are using it fund their fulfillment. After reading reviews, there are so many people that they have done this to. This company is fraudulent or incompetent. Maybe both.

After waiting 13 months, I was ready to begin talking steps to get my money back. Probably a fruitless endeavor, because of their unique purchasing arrangement. Let's just say, I am relieved to finally get what I ordered. It looks quality, but it will now be sometime before I can ride it following a recent back surgery. After which I fully expect any warranty to be expired. All said, a bad experience i would not recommend to anyone.
Poor Service and Maintenance policy experienced due to a broken bracket after 300 km.
I love the bikes. Wish they were able to get them delivered anywhere close to the expected dates. The first one was expected in 3 months and took 15 months. The second one was expected in 2 months. Still don't have it 7 months later.
I ordered my bike July 2020 and haven't received it yet. I contacted customer service multiple times and they just kept avoiding getting my bike shipped. They decided to upgrade me to a BabyMaker II this month Jan 2022 and it still won't arrive until April 2022. Since the wait to receive my bike is almost about 2 years I cannot see how anyone can be satisfied with this type of service. They should offer to include a free item for the inconvenience. Also the upgrade was for a bigger battery in which I don't know what benefit that entails as well as different handle bars than the drop bars I originally ordered. No worth much considering I have to wait another 4 months.
I have ordered 2 additional bikes from separate companies. I just received both.
The baby maker? Nope! Order months before the others!

I absolutely love my Blue Raspberry Babymaker Pro and it came exactly as ordered. Shipping took about 4 months to happen for me, however FLX and FedEx stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process. One thing that was challenging for me was having to change the color and the handlebar style of the bike due to supply shortages, however I am very happy with my second choice and I would not trade it back for the Sterling Silver with upper bars. Thank you FLX.
