Order *******: this is my second bad experience in one month with this company. The cakes delivered never has a wish message and the name of the birthday person. When called the office and spoke to Mr. Himanshu, he said "they do not have time to add a message to the cake" he also behaved rudely with me and said,"this is not a big thing that I am trying to make an issue of". Friends, please imagine a bday cake without the Happy Birthday and the name written on it. It's the last place to shop i beleive.
Such a worst service. Didn't do delivery on time and refusing to refund on cancellation of order. Customer care executives r giving fake assurance till placing order and not responding properly after that. Never go for this..
Thanks for ruining my plan and my day. The cake was not delivered in time. Never in future. Worst and pathetic service. I will tell all my friends and relatives not to buy anything from them.

If you care about the gifts that you get for your loved ones, floweraura.com is the last place that you should shop at. Missed delivery by 5 days, sent the wrong gift and the most insensitive customer care when you call back.!

These bastards are charging high money and they have changed the delivery slot time without my consent. They do not deliver in time also the products are very cheap.

I ordered some flowers for my friend through FlowerAuro and they failed miserably in locating the address. Funny thing is they have already delivered on the same address a couple of weeks back.
And they will give you so silly reasons that they attempted the delivery and tried to connect with the receiver, but couldn't and make every effort to steal that money from you by not refunding without delivering the product.
So my two cents are to stay away from this company and no point wasting your money with these HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL people. They will just take your money and you will end up wasting your time and money with no service at all.

I ordered cake for my nephew for this birthday and this team did a great job to keep calling him even after he did not answer the call in the beginning. This company is well recommended. Anybody who wants to surprise their loved ones in Mangalore. I would highly recommend this company. They did a great job to deliver the cake on time as per the requested time of the receiver. If not delivered refund should be there for non perishable item. But for perishable item if non refund we can understand but for non perishable item it u dont refund then we have to think twice before ordering.

I ordered a cake this morning for my friend. The cake shown on the website is different from the cake i received. I understand the fact that Icing, design of the cake may vary from the image depending on the local availability.
But if the shown design is not possible, i believe customer should not be sent a cake WITHOUT ANY DESIGN.

I talked to Mr. Manish at customer service earlier this morning before placing the order and i was told that customer satisfaction is given prime importance at your company.
I totally disagree with what Mr. Manish said. Fortunately i have saved all the chat with me and can be shared on demand.
And the delivery man Mr. Jatin says, they are not responsible for any inconvenience now and i would have to talk to the company FLOWER AURA.
Now the cake looks blank. And unfortunately i do not own a bakery that i could make some design over it.

Highly disappointed as the cake was sent damaged and when I raised a complaint against it what I heard was totally shocking. The guy said that the receiver of the cake has damaged the cake himself which is said by the delivery boy. It's a sheer lie said to me instead of handling my complaint these guys have blamed the birthday person on his birthday. Worst experience suggest everyone do not use this site.! I would give a zero rating to this site. It's not worth of 1rating also.

Terrible website... they are big FRAUDS! What you order and what they deliver are totally different. I dont understand why they have pictures on the website if they cannot deliver not same but at least similar. We ordered 1 bouquet with lilies and it was an expensive bouquet but they delivered an ordinary bouquet with few lilies very shabbily arranged, not at all rich as picture on website. The chocolate cake too was totally different - 2 tier cake was ordered and delivered but no comparison to the picture on website...
SO IN EFFECT just order Bouquet, cake and they will deliver what they want...

Please do not use this service. They are highly unprofessional and offer poor terrible service. They start avoiding your calls when you check up on them. They lie about the status of the parcel and I havent received my parcel still for rakhi that I ordered for my brothers for Raksha Bandhan. Just disappointing and awful. Do not use their services.
