Worst Service Ever
March 14, 2018

Floweraura.com are the worst service ever. My order was terribly messed up; I ordered white roses and orchids, they delivered red and yellow roses and they offered me 100 Rupees as compensation on my next order, like i will be using their pathetic excuse of a business ever again.

Looking into their business, I notice they delete any and all negative feed back to give them selves a good customer service rating. Unethical business practices will warn everyone I know, not to use this service.

Disappointed again! I send orchid flowers to my mom for valentines to find out that flowersaura sends a stingy withered dying bundle of orchid flower which looks like picked up from the shore of a beach. Excellent skills to RUIN the excitement. If anyone wants to experience this excitement please order dying withered flowers from Flowersaura. Good luck!

The company is fraud. Customer service does not exist. Phone number no one answers. Even if someone answers the phone they are rude and will put you on hold. The chat session are unresponsive and rude.
Orders are either never delivered and all sort of excuses are made like phone number not contactable, no one home etc where as they never tried to attempt the delivery.
Excuse of flowers are perishable and thus your order is complete even when never attempted a delivery is a fraud.
Avoid this company at all costs

Response to Flower aura team

I have complained in your website. I am sorry to say until feb 15th evening the agency was giving Mumbai office wrong information that the flowers and cake was delivered.

As I said earlier the delivery boy came somewhere close to the delivery address(in Chennai) and then left on feb 14th.
We had his contact number & we called him again on 15th Feb and he did not attend the call.
Finally in the evening, he attended the call
And responded he do not have the flowers and cake with him.
He told he was busy with some other work.
I got the number of chennai office from him
And raised a complaint
Only then steps was taken and we received the delivery on 15th evening.
What was painful was, i live in Germany
I had to make ISD calls at 4 am morning (my time) and chase up multiple times for this
Plus the delivery boy did not have knowledge that amount was
Paid already online and he had asked money to the receiver.
Thankfully he passed on the information to me.
Please take care of these thing in future and try to provide a better customer service
There are no issues if you cannot deliver flowers on 14th feb due to heavy rushes
But please do not make false promises or forget the order to be delivered the next day.
The point to be noted here is, after I called him many times on 15th feb
Only then steps were taken to make the delivery.

The delivery boy reached the nearby place of the deliverying address and left on 14th Feb
Since the delivery guy had told he fell down from bike my friend had told it is ok you can deliver tomorrow.
But I do not see the point in asking money for on online order for which payment was done 6 days back

Till now we have not received the cake and flowers ( order was for 14th feb, the date today is 15th feb afternoon)
I received a mail order completed successfully.

If you cannot deliver the order then why do you commit?
Waste of money. Customer care not reachable

Your response is actually a computer generated one and is same for all the customers who have bad experience with you. No one is actually looking into the issue and trying to resolve it.

I ordered cake for my father on his birthday on 17th feb and planned a get together with number of guests. Floweraura commitment was that they will deliver cake by 5pm. We started calling them after 5 and the response we keep on getting it that cake will arrive in 15 minutes. Guess what... cake was delivered around 10pm when all of our all guest were gone and party was completely spoiled and that too blank without any icing. They don't know that they are into the business of people sentiments. Very Very unprofessional attitude. Please never order from them.
I am not a kind of person who write reviews but this one was the only and biggest disappointment i ever had in online ordering!

Fraud company

Never order from Floweraura. U will see some positive paid comments, ignore them. Very unprofessional company. They will take your money and wont deliver. Never ever order from them. Their customer service is worst. No one answers phone. On email also they wont reply. Bunch of crooks are running this company.

Hi, Please do not order anything from this company. I ordered a cake & bouque of roses on valentines day and till now the deivery has not happened. I lost about 1500rs. The number mentioned on their website is a fraud number no one answers.

I guess out of 10 delivery may be they deliver 5 orders and cheat the rest.

Please beaware of this sight.@ Flower Aura: If you guys do not respond back to the order number ******* I will launch a complaint at consumer forum.

The worst ever
February 15, 2018

I made a order on 12 Feb through their site. The order number is *******. I ordered for orchid and roses bouquet which initially was showing as Rs. 999 and in checkout menu the price changed to Rs. 1350 as order date was 14th February. I still went ahead with order of the bouquet and cadbury silk, 5 star combo chocolate.

Although the delivery timings were showing between 9-7 pm, I still thought that because I placed order 2 days back the order might get delivered by lunch. But delivery was made at 6:15 pm. I mean quite literally at the the end of day. That is again no problem as you have mentioned it your site that you will deliver before 7 and it is before 7.

The real problem arises when you cheated with the bouquet. You clearly mentioned that bouquet will contain following:

1.6 orchids
2.12 white roses.

The bouquet that got delivered contained only 6 orchids. There are no roses present in the bouquet.

PS: I am not even ranting about the chocolate combo. This is second time when I am not getting the 5 star chocolate.

I have ordered Red Velvet cake with Heart shape for my girlfriend on Valentines Day and they given some non-sense choco cake with nothing written as i specifically told them what to write. But you can see below what i have got.
I even tried to reach them on Customer Service number *******220. No one picks the call and even they disconnect.

Dont book thorough online.

There is no proper response from any of the executives and you will not get any information about the delivery

Order No. ******* - Flowers bouquet is not upto the Mark. It's not same as shown in the picture. Also as per item there should be 35 flowers but only 31 flowers, if I paid for something it should be there. Also flowers are looked too old not fresh.

Bad customer service

HI,
I order Cake for my wife & at the time of order customer service department promised me to deliver cake on the time which i gave them & now when i am tracking my order customer service department is rude & not even replying to any of the message & they are telling me they can't deliver cake on time which was promised to me, tried calling the phone number provided on website ( not reachable), this is really bad customer service. Not happy at all

Chat representative:- Manav, Rohit ( very bad in replying & takes 1hour to reply a cusotmer? Really?

Not suggesting this website to anyone really worst service ever.

Poorest Service

This website provides the lowest and the poorest services.

I ordered Roses on the Rose day, Floweraura charged me extra on account of Rose day and still could not manage to deliver the product on the same day, I requested them to get it delivered before 5 P. M in the evening.

Next morning I had a word with their chat representative named Sunita and also called on their helpline number and asked them to get it delivered before 5 PM.

They still could not manage to get it delivered, their chat representatives are so unprofessional that they simply denied me for providing any refund.

They charged me extra on account of Rose day but did not bother to provide the services as promised.

You really cannot rely on them for anything.

Its definitely not recommended to shop from this website.

Great experience

I had only 6 h to order and deliver the bouquet to send it to my closest friend in Jaipur. I forgot about her birthday, was upset till found FlowerAura. I had some troubles with placing an order but customer support chat was helpful. I am happy that they delivered flowers on time! Thanks a lot

Wish I could give this company a negative rating! Sadly 1 star is the lowest I can.

I ordered a bouquet of Flowers for my husband's birthday. After an entire day of following up with them while they kept telling us the delivery would be there in the next fifteen minutes. The next twenty minutes. Day became Noon and Noon became Night.

I called the customer care atleast twenty times and the same guy who keeps answering the call keeps hanging up on me. I have basically lost my time and energy trying to fight with these guys.

And the best part about the entire thing is, I receive and Order confirmation at night saying the flowers have been delivered.

Are you kidding me?

Now, what has happened has happened and the least they can do is refund my money back!

And if that doesn't happen, trust me, ill go to a consumer court and make sure your $#*!ty company closes down Forever!

STAY AWAY from these guys!

Worst site

I have sent a "Love letters" gift to my husband in valentine day.The gift contains 6 letters. They asked me to share the messages in mail which I want to write on the letter with in 1 hour. I have sent them the messages with in 15 min, but they said we have already dispatched the order without text in letters. I have requested them to stop the gift and send a another one with letters but they denied. This is the worst gift i have ever sent to my husband.The letters without content has no meaning. They ruined my Valentine day.

I believe people who order from Floweraura will not have chance to see the cake and quality as they will be placing for some one loved one who are away but fact of the quality of cake is worst and in fact such type of provider should be banned from providing such low quality unbranded cake at double the price of the market. I have been delivered with a cake with no name in box nor birthday greeting added which is totally different than what i have ordered. I have called customer care and asked for refund but he arranged for one more set of cake which is also exact replica of first one. I am enclosing link to the cake supplied.
