We ordered a birthday cake for my Mil. It had written MOM and was beautiful but these guys were so careless that they delivered the wrong cake and instead of apologizing they were so rude... they tried to offer me some discount so i dint give bad review... all i wanted was the right cake to be delivered... they justified it saying it depends on local chef which cake to deliver... but if it depends on local bakery to deliver it then why the hell do they charge so much for that particular cake. Charge a flat price. Dammit. The customer service is pathetic... guys please please dont trust these prople. They are fraud n loot people like us. I mso disappointed in floweraura and i wil surely never order from them. So even if u ever order from them dont expect anything as they dont deliver what you order for. And show no sign of remorse or apology whatsoever

I've had mixed experience with this website. They have at times delivered good quality fresh flowers and at times very stake ones too. But when I left my review on their website, their supervisor got in touch with me and got a small complimentary bouquet delivered. However, the next time again the quality was compromised.

I ordered rakhi in floweraura, they promised me to deliver on 24th but they failed to deliver on 24th and postponed to deliver on 25 but again they failed.
Later they told me to track with e commerce people. They called me to collect after rakhi festival what is the point to collect rakhi after rakhi festival, even they couldn't deliver rakhi afternoon time of rakhi and no one answers in the customer care when we make phone calls.
This is people are just eating clients money and making us fools. They spoiled my festival time and my money.

Last year they delivered my Rakhi late, and this year I thought ok let's give them another chance. I shouldn't have. They claim ******* was delivered 25th August 2018, please see email dated 28th August 2018 from floweraura that the parcel will be delivered today... what will we do with Rakhi after the festive season?

2371206 never got delivered but received confirmation that the parcel got delivered, when spoken to the service guys they said it is a mistake and will get it rectified, but again the parcel didn't reach the destination...

Now they are saying they have delivered the product which is a lie. Earlier in the morning they said it be will be delivered but not sure when.

My sister has placed an order on 23rd Aug with expected delivery date is 25th Aug but still I have no clue that where is my order, I mean these are the time(Rakshabandhan) to show how efficient you are with your services. She paid INR 899 for their worthless service and fun fact their customer care service doesn't even know the status, she told me to wait for 2 min and I've waited 10 min then finally disconnected. Why the hell you are providing services if you can not handle just to loot public money. Guys please never use this website if you really want to please your loved ones.

Please never order from this site. I had ordered rakhi to be sent to Bangalore and the delivery date was 25th Aug 2018. It did not get delivered uptill today i. E 27/08/2018. When I am calling them they keep u on hold and also chatting session also they just say sorry and take so much time to come online.

Pathetic Service. I had ordered for online delivery of flowers on 5th Aug. After floweraura confirmed the order( and charging an extra 150 Rs for delivery to the particular city) they have still not delivered the flowers. Everyday they keep calling the recipient and say they are sorry and will delivery it that day ( happened on Monday and Tuesday) Now i get an email saying -" Dear customer, We would like to inform you that your order hasn't deliver due to non electricity in our work shop last few days so please confirm us can we deliver this order to any other location till your next confirmation your order is on hold Regards Team FlowerAura ". Why will i want to send it to some-other location if they have issues with their stuff! HIGHLY NOT recommended and this is not the 1st time I have faced this issue

I booked a cake for the time slot for 11-00. They charged me 250 for midnight delivery in Gurgaon but the cake is not yet delivered on 12.23 and i am waiting. Please don't make people fool about that.if you are not able then kindly say no.

Cheating the customer. I paid 649 rs for dead dry flowers. The photo on their website is also completely misleading.
This is pathetic and I would never order from flower aura again. I will make sure none of the people I know also order from flower aura ever again. I would have gotten a much better fresh flowers bouquet from the local market at half the price but this is what I got for trusting these guys. Highly disappointed and cheated.
